Great experience
I spent a long weekend in Boston. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, price was very reasonable and the staff was very friendly. I will definitely choose the courtyard next time I'm in Boston.

Overall good stay
One of my friends lives in Somerville but doesn't really have room for guests, so I wanted a fairly cheap stay nearby. Woburn proved to be just the ticket. The staff was friendly and the room was great. I would definitely stay here again. The only two negatives for me were 1 - the pillows are a down equivalent that turn to stones after 2 minutes laying on them. 2 - there is no continental breakfast. There is a breakfast buffet that is $10.95. If you eat enough it is worth it.

Nice stay
Friendly staff, clean room, all the plumbing worked right, ac/heat worked great. I needed an extra sheet for the pullout couch but got one immediately. Breakfast wasn't included but I got a good price for the room and ate at a nearby restaurant (10.95 per person was more than I wanted to pay). Pool is a little small and too many people were in it, so I passed. But it was a heat wave so what could I expect. Overall a good stay.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
Have breakfast at Bickfords on Montvale Ave. in Stoneham; they are excellent and serve real maple syrup, hot! The famous Burlington Mall is also nearby down the highway (128/95) a couple miles south.

Excellent Boston area motel
The service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean as was the entire facility. Great location for first time or return visitors to the Boston area. We went to do the senior year college visit and were very pleased with the access to the main road ways that connect Boston and the outer cities. The restaurant next door is the Salty Dog Pub, dont be fooled by the name, the food is great with reasonable prices. The DOG also provides the room service to the motel.

nice hotel
I stayed at the hotel for work purposes. Not my first choice but it was close to the conference. Overall the hotel was clean and the staff was pretty nice. They only have wireless in the lobby which is pretty inconvenient and the ethernet connection is slow and cumbersome. The hotel is pretty close to malls and great restaurants. The city is family friendly-but night life is lacking for all.

Much cheaper than airport hotels
Was exactly what I expected. Way cheaper than airport hotels, and not a bad drive to airport. Very comfortable bed.

Trip to Boston area
Vacation with my boyfriend to Boston was an overall decent experience. The hotel was fairly close to the Boston area with many excellent restaurants that were close to the hotel (would suggest Legal Seafood, Joe's American Bar and Grill, and Capital Grille). It rained our entire trip which made us kind of wait around in the room hoping for a break in the weather. Unfortunately leaving at 1:30 was too late of a time and we came back after a long, wet day on the Freedom Trail to a room that wasn't cleaned. Not like it would have made much of a difference anyway. I pride myself on keeping a clean home and was grossed out by mold on the shower curtain, a carpet that didn't look vacuumed, and just a bathroom that was not up to my standard of clean. However, the hotel staff was accommodating in every respect as they supplied us with more towels and were always very courteous. We enjoyed how close the hotel was to Boston and other major highways which made finding it and leaving it very helpful. Boston was fun, even in the rain, I would suggest going to the Sam Adams brewery, walking along the Freedom Trail, and seeing Fenway Park. When we get back to Boston we will try to see a Red Sox game because the game we did have tickets for was rained out and the make-up game was the day we were leaving (and it was still pouring...). I would strongly suggest not trying to drive around the city but to either catch public transportation, find a parking garage, or hoof it. Driving through Boston will be a nightmare and just not worth the aggrivation unless you have a GPS system in your car and a great deal of patience.

Short drive from hotel
Capital Grille which was about 5 miles from hotel was a phenomenal restaurant for those looking for a fancier night out to enjoy great food (steaks, fish) and wine. The food was great and our waiter was even better ([...]!).

Clean and Comfortable
Even though we were using the hotel just as a place to get a good night's sleep, we were able to check-in early even though we did not call ahead. The location was easy to find and the price was unbeatable. We weren't looking for the cheapest quality hotel, we were just looking for the cheapest hotel and we lucked out with the Courtyard by Marriott.
