Good condition

Convenient, comfortable overnight
Good value for short stay, very convenient to work travels, with great comfort - good bed and good sleep! Complimentary computers were busy with kids, but eventually got through for my needs. Never took the free breakfast in the AM; but, the availability of good coffee at all times was a big help, too.

Polcari's Italian / Regina Pizzeria across the street - excellent food, generous portions, reasonable prices, very accessible, good value - local family chain, very satisfying

Overall a good value for the money. But the room carpeting was worn ragged and torn.

good stay
room was clean & comfy. housekeeping did manage to put the sheet on top of the bed spread one day as well as not leaveing any cups for water, breakfast was nice, friendly helpful staff.

OK for an overnight
This was listed as a three star. I would defintely not give this a three star, two at best. The rooms were ok, had fridg and microwave. The breakfast was good as well. The hotel was run down, old and somewhat dirty. The carpets in the room were stained and the floor had crumbs on it, did not look like it was vaccumed well at all. It was OK for our purpose, we had medical appointments in Boston, but I would have complained if I was staying longer or part of a vacation. We have to travel frequently to Boston for appointments at Dana Farber, would not stay here again
