excellent!!!

The staff at this hotel was excellent. The condition of the room, and the entire hotel was immaculate. Check in was fast and efficient, I was in the area early and stopped to see what time i would be able to check in, they took care of me immediately. The pool was clean and plenty of towels, large soft towels I might add. The bed was extremely comfortable and we look forward to staying here again.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

If anyone enjoys Mini golf, just a short distance from the hotel, there is a fun clean Mini golf site reasonably priced.

Very NICE -

Our room was clean and new - but it smelled like cigarettes. Great restaurant, food was great - price was great. Front desk was great. My only complaint is that the room had the old tv's. It's time for a flat screen upgrade.

As Good as Hoped

In this case, I was traveling with family. So, I had others to please. The hotel staff (front desk, restaurant, pool) was very accomodating. I read other reviews prior to selecting this DoubleTree. I found those other reviews to be accurate; therefore, helpful. We too found the beds to be on the soft side. We purchased a breakfast package and we were all very satisfied with the quality and service at the brunch. I am familiar with the area and the easy access to major roads, including the interstate, is outstanding. The family would like to return. So, that's a thumb's up for price paid.

a good place to be

We enjoyed the good rate compared to other hotels [...]. However we had aproblem in that we were supposed to have free breakfast as per the booking but on arrival at the hotel the attendant was a bit hesitant to comply to it but on us being persistent he agreed and promised us coupons in the morning. We loved the buffet breakfast.

Doubletree Hotel Boston/Westborough

The hotel is good my son loved the pool. The only thing the rooms don't have those small fridges and no hair dryier if you traveling with female you have to take your own stuff.

My overnite in westboro

Overall the staff were very good and the hotel was kept cleaned. The bar and waitstaff were exceptional. However the bed was very soft and uncomfortable. We also had requested a king size bed and got aqueen instead
