Great hotel stay
I was very comfortable at this hotel. I was in town for a meeting at UMASS and required a quiet place to get some work done. I received great service, the room was quiet, clean and I did not need for anything. There was also a nice selection of restaurants that delivered to the hotel, which was nice since I was not renting a car. Over all a great place to stay.

Short drive from hotel
Don't use sunshine taxi service to get around. They charged me an $8 pick up because they came from a couple of cities over to get to the hotel.

ok for business travel
shower tub and curtain need replacing. Automatic front door does not work. Manual handling is quite heacy

The Job Interview
I showed up without an itinerary at the front desk and checked in almost instantly. I didn't have to wade through any up selling or paperwork. I presented a card for incidentals and within 4 minutes I was in my room. The rooms have a bright modern design. - digital thermostat - easy to use shower - in-room refrigerator - plenty of parking and convenient building access to the building - nice clothes hangers that aren't difficult to use due to anti-theft devices I made some odd requests - lint roller (they let me borrow duct tape and it did the trick). I also wanted a very late check-out (2PM) and they tried to accommodate it, although they were only able to delay check-out to just past noon. The ironing board and iron worked well, this is not always the case with other hotels so I value this option being there.

Hotel was ok considering two other familys booked with orbitz and got a rate about 40.00 cheaper than I did.other people were walking in and still getting cheaper rates. Other than that our stay was ok.

Strange Rewards Plan Policy
I asked on checkin to register the stay on my reward program and the manager of the hotel said that since I had purchased my room through someone other than their web site I could not get reward credit. I explained that it was half the cost a night through all other sites why would I purchase from them. She seriously said "If you want to earn a free night, you need to pay twice as much for your stay" I won't be booking any further trips with this chain. The way they operate goes against others in this market. Best Western has always given me reward credit, for staying with them, not paying twice the price.

Clean and quiet
First time visiting the area, here for Patriots game. The 25 minute trip was worth it for how quiet and clean the hotel is. Doesn't sit right on a freeway either. Breakfast is a separate charge though.
