Always the Westin Waltham for business in the area...
Whenever I travel to Boston I stay at the Westin Waltham. The location is ideal for meetings in the city and Metrowest. The staff is always very friendly and the amenities are ideal.

Room was very spacious, flat screen TV with cable channels, very comfortable Westin's standard queen size beds. However, I was disappointed because there was no free parking and free internet (even though I specifically opted for those options when I searched on Orbitz). Parking was $11 per day.

However, I was disappointed because I thought I was getting free parking and free internet (I narrowed my search down on Orbitz specifically for these criteria). Parking was $11 per day.

Not How It Looks
The exterior of the Hotel is great. However, we had to change rooms three times because the room we reserved was not given to us upon arrival. The third room was not really prepared ie, shampoo and other amenities had to be brought to us. Also, we were given a complementary breakfast. The supportive staff tried to make up for our discomfort, but overall we are not going to return. One high point- the appetizers at the bar were great.

Good Value
Good clean, comfortable room for the price in this area. Convenient location for touring the Minuteman Park in the historic Lexingrton and Concord area. Only complaint was the lack of a good breakfast restaurant near the hotel. Price of the breakfast buffet in the hotel was exhorbitant.

Problem with reservation
My brother and I reserved a room with two double beds. We were checked into a room with one king. When we spoke to the manager, he [...] offered us a rollaway bed, and had no other rooms. We were disapointed but had no choice.
