Weekend Getaway
We were hesitant to stay at the hotel because of the price and the previous reviews but we took a risk. It couldn't of been a better deal! The hotel was right off the highway, it was a Queen size bed with a small kitchenette, and the bathroom was extremely clean. I did find it odd that we had to go to the front desk for extra supplies, but that would not make us not go there again. I liked how when we got back to the hotel around 11pm, we had to use our key to get into the hotel. Security was a nice additive even though it wasn't in a bad area. I would recommend this place to a friend and would probably stay there again, especially knowing there is a usable kitchen!

Good value for a 3-day stay
For what we paid, having two queen beds and a kitchenette met our needs completely for a family of four. The staff told us that there is no house-cleaning for stays under 7 days. If we need fresh towels, they are available, but we have to exchange them at the front desk. But that worked out fine for us. A great value overall!

decent last minute hotel
Hotel was in a nice secluded type of environment. Stayed there for two nights and don't recall the room ever being attended to by the hotel staff (cleaning). I'm not too picky, but a decent place overall for something last minute.

Nice to have the kitchen..
One staff member was very helpful with guiding me to the hotel over the phone, right to the front door. I was coming from Boston and was totally stressed. She was calm and helpful. Some things I wish I had known right away were: if staying under 7 days you must get towels at the desk, you pay extra if you want housekeeping, you need to ask for dish soap. I had to have the tub unclogged, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and I wouldn't walk on the carpet without socks. There was a small strip mall close to the hotel, but it was not pointed out, and I would have utilized it a few times.

Waltham sweet suites
I was on a trip to pickup my 4 year old granddaughter, who lives south of Boston, on the Cape. Not knowing the area, and arriving by Amtrak at a location farther away than expected, (saw a station only 4 milles away, and I got off at BackBay about 15 miles away), and I am not complaining about that at all. It was my bad for not investigating better. My train trip ended up 4 hours late, so I arrived at the hotel at 3am, after a $60 taxi ride. Yes, I would stay here again. Only one complaint,,,there was one spoon, one fork and one knife, but not one single cup to drink my coffee. I drank it out of the mini coffee pot. :-)

Yuck.
Room and bathroom relatively clean, but worn out. Hallways and elevators very dirty. Place rather creepy overall.

The entire 2nd floor stunk
The entire 2nd floor smelled of rotting seafood the first night. The next night it was a different indescribable but equally horrid smell
