Gone downhill.
You would think during a busy week/weekend there would be extra staff to deal with whatever may come up but NO. Sad, how they can charge extra for Brimfield Flea week but, add no house keeping. Awful. Would not recommend.

Ok, just that
I was in town for just one night. The employees were nice, the owning family however seemed stuck up; when the computers were down the staff member asked one of the owners for help, which was refused. I never appreciate such displays.

Convenient to Brimfield Antique Fair
Overall comfort and cleanliness is good, however, rooms are starting to need a fair amount of attention. Repairs are needed with more than tacks and glue. We have stayed at this motel before. Service is great and continental breakfast is a bonus!

Comfort food
This is the first hotel I have stayed in that only had vending on only one floor of the hotel, and it was limited to only soft drinks and ice. Breakfast offered good choices but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it is a good place to stay and good value for your dollar.

Poor
Staff were nice but the sheets were dirty, as in not changed from previous guests!!!!! There was grit & hair between the covers. I called the desk & was provided clean sheets. So here I am making up a new bedat 10PM. Leaves me to worry about other hygienic controls.
