Needs a good cleaning.
Motel was not in good repair. Room had a "smell" that was offensive when you first entered, dank and musty smelling. Room was one of the least expensive in the area and its condition reflected the price charged.

good place to stay with a great view
did not do anything stayed there just to get away to catch up on our r&r and alone time with my wife. there was only two things that bothered me 1. there were dead bugs on the floor 2. outside was dark a creepy dark more lighting would have been better. this motel was a little lower class than the usual i usually go for the more expensive motels but for the price it was a great stay

Very basic, good value
Staff was friendly and helpful, nice location on a hill which made it quieter- above traffic noise. Close to Sturbridge businesses and Brimfield. Our room was clean and sparse. No pool or gym, etc. No coffee/tea maker in the room, must go to hotel office for it and bring cups back to your room. No hotel 'freebies' such as lotion, shampoo, conditioner, etc- just a tiny bar of soap. Now I know there are no complimentary items there I would make sure to bring plenty of my own but would go back again as the price was good and room was clean.

Nice Place
You would never know there was a motel there as it is tucked in behind an old farmhouse that doubles as the Hotel lobby. The actual motel rooms are built behind the farmhouse out of sight from the road and up on a hill. The owners were friendly and efficient. The rooms were just fine without a lot of little ammenities that often cost more than they are worth. Beds, Bathroom, Dressers and table. At one point we tried to order a pizza only to find the telephone cord was missing. No real problem, I used my cel phone. The wireless internet connection was immediate and reasonably fast. Overall we were pleased with the motel and would stay there again in the future.

ice machine wouldn't dispense ice; motel manager gave me ice from her own freezer. toilet wouldn't shut off, but we knew how to stop it and then reported to manager. Close to lots of restaurants.

great location to walk from on foot
I went to attend the conference for the weekend. I would wish the rooms' interior decorations be improved. I usually stay at a red roof inn which is nicer at the same room price.
