Room was comfortable but on the road side of the Hotel, Knew better when I checked in should have ask to stay on other side of Hotel. Inter-State 84 was noisy. Breakfast was good-typical Hampton Inn fare. Clean room.

God Send
After loosing power, I was able to get a great room for some well derserved sleep. The cable was out due to a regional power outage, but it did not matter. The staff was great and accommadating. They were a God send in the mist of the storm.

Good Value for Price
In general, Hampton Inn hotels are consistent and reliable in terms of service and amenities, and this property fits that bill. For a standard rate, you get a decent breakfast (hot and cold items), newspaper, coffee/tea anytime, plus friendly service. The weekend we went happened to be a weekend wedding for two couples, so the hallways got pretty loud at 2am in the morning (not the hotel's fault, but restrictions could have been enforced). Due to the sold-out status, we also got stuck in a smoking room (perhaps they should make the ENTIRE hotel a smoke-free hote). Otherwise, had a great stay.

Fine Hotel [...]
The Hotel was good, nothing was in walking distance.They left me a receipt which showed us that we spent thirty dollars more booking through [...] than if we booked direct with AAA.Whats the deal? [...]

Nice, clean and convenient with a great
The location was extremely convenient. We were visiting families in Ware, Worcester and Plainville, and this was pretty much central to all of them. The hotel itself was top class - the room was clean and very quiet, the breakfast was one of the best we have seen at a motel, getting to and from the hotel was very easy. Access to the Internet was easy The lack of in-room movies was only a minor inconvenience.

Great Overnite stay
We were attending a large family wedding nearby. The hotel staff was very helpful and understanding with some of the rowdier family members. We found it a very pleasant experience.

The Whistling Swan & Ugly Duckling Lounge is a great place for Lunch or Dinner. The lounge upstairs has entertainment in the evenings, and the atmosphere is relaxed & casual. They also offer a brunch on Sunday mornings ~ yummy!
