Bad BAD Bad dirty unkept homeless shelte
Alot, pool was empty, not an efficiency, two beds with torn blankets, had to ask for heat, fridge wasn't working had food spoil, watched police come to evict a lady. The people are living there on STATE aide. It looks like a flop house. Two doors down lives a person who can't hold his liquor or tongue. there was no appliances i.e. effiency have appliances. It was difficult to put the dead-bolt on and I needed the dead-bolt. To turn on the T.V. you had to stick a key into the hole and find the button to turn it on, so not cool, what if we got electric shock? I would not recommend this place to anyone not even someone I dislike.

Very Good
After reading mixed reviews online, we decided to stay at this motel. We pulled up and I went into the office. The owner of the motel was there, was exceptionally pleasant, and told us the locations of good beaches, good restaurants, and anything we wanted to know. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The kitchen area was clean and small, but perfect for breakfast. We only had two problems. The room smelled smokey, but we didn't request a non-smoking room. Also, the remote for the TV didn't work, but they fixed it right away. All in all, this was a very good place for the price. It's a small Cape Cod motel, not the Hilton. I don't know what people were expecting.

There were many restaurants less than a mile from this motel. Pirate's Cove is right down the road, maybe a quarter mile.

Large size room
The bedroom was a large room but the bathroom was very small. My main complaint was the strong odor of Clorox or equivalent. This made it sanitary I suppose, but with allergies it made my nose burn. This is obviously an older motel but the price was reasonable and we only planned to stay one night. There was no restaurant with the motel. Breakfast was continental in the lobby and no seating area. You had to take your food back to your room.

The motel is on the main highway through town so was easy to find. It was also easy to get to the many restaurants nearby.

An affordable stay
The Red Mill Motel was just what we were looking for on our budget. The room was very simple but clean, as well as the bathroom. The location of the motel made many places very accessible.

Clerk at check-in was not very friendly.Refrig in room had a broken door handle and temparature knob was broken. Anything we put in it froze. Maid did provide us with plenty of towels and soap- room was clean. For the price we paid it was okay.
