Completely unacceptable

Very old courtyard type motel in delapidated condition. Stronge language barrier with owners. Small room; impossible to bring in roll away bed as stated on your web site. TV didn't work. Fan speed very hard to control on heater. I checked out after first night and spent second night in a Best Western at my expense. When I left, It did not sound as if [...] would get a refund.STRONGLY reccomend that you drop this motel from your listing. It is not what an [...] customer would expect to run into.
