Near Boston Logan Airport
Basic accommodations within twenty minutes of Logan. Staff fairly friendly and helpful making shuttle runs to airport, T station near the hotel, as well as an Italian restaurant in East Boston. No shopping or dining within walking distance. Numerous airline crews overnight at this Hampton.

Shuttle ride of 10 or so minutes to nearest T station for subway ride to historic Boston. Then 15 or so minutes on the "T" to the Aquarium and other popular historic locations.

Perfect location
The Hampton Inn Boston/Logan Airport was the perfect location for my first Boston experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, easy road access to Rhode Island and Maine, offered shuttle service to Wood Island (subway station) for drop off/pick up, and changed breakfast items so you're not eating the same thing every morning.

Like Sleeping in an Ashtray
Great pool and good breakfast, as well as no-fee WiFi, were positive aspects. However, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke, even though it was billed as "non smoking". The smell permeated the bed linens and even though we kept the AC on all night, it was overpowering to the point of not being able to sleep. Unfotunately, will not stay here again, and will not recommend to others

Comfortable & Convenient
The bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is not the best but makes up for it by having a convenient shuttle service. The shuttle service runs to the Airport and local T. Getting into and out of Boston was super easy via the T. There are multiple Hampton Inn shuttles at the airport - be sure to get on the one for the Logan hotel!

Woo-hoo
Location is in pretty run-down part of town. I checked in at 10 pm and out at 5:30. The check-in staff was nice but was being hit on by a couple of staff members, so was distracted. Bed was uncomfortable - TV had only analog. No water or fridge in the room. Called a can pretty quickly so that was nice.

The Hotel was very convenient to the car rental drop off. And the free shuttle service to the "T" and airport were wonderful. Free breakfast every morning was great too! The beds were very comfortable!

Reasonable price for a quality stay
I needed to be in Boston for just one night for business, and found the Hampton to be a better deal than some of the extremely pricey hotels downtown (for my purpose at least). I arrived at the airport late in the evening, so the location was convenient - and the hotel transported me to/from the airport in their free shuttle. There is a small bar/restaurant on site, which worked out perfectly for a late post-flight dinner. Room was surpringly comfortable and clean. I'd just flown in from a higher-end hotel on the beach in Florida and was expecting a significant downgrade, but was pleasantly surprised.
