This was suppose to be a park and ride stay--that is what I booked it as, however[...]they charged me us an extra $75 to park there for 8 days.

Safe, clean, and convenient.
This was a nice place. It was convenient to the T-Station, as well as Route 1 when I needed to drive into the city. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Management also seemed to take the extra step on security, which was reassuring.

Good for business travel
Considering the general high prices for Boston hotels, this one has decent price for what it has to offer. There's a pizza place right next door, and a Japanese restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is not included. Parking is convenient and free (hotel parking lot).

Horrible Hotel
When we checked in they only activated one set of room keys had to go back down to the desk to have them activate the other room. They charged 15.00 per day for a roll away which is excessive We had to go down to the front desk to get our own pillows and extra towels after waiting 45 min for housekeeping to bring them to us and they never did. The phone in our room was broken and they never fixed it after we informed them of this We asked for a fridge and they told us they didnt have one but then the shuttle driver we made friends with found one for us and informed us the man working the front desk was just too lazy to get us one and this was after using ice in the sink the first night The one traveler who flew in later than the rest of the group had to wait over and hour for the shuttle to pick them up at the airport The rooms were not that clean either they were full of dusk and when we went to move the one table there was something wet and sticky all over it.

New Parents Traveling with Toddler
Nice Place
This hotel had an indoor pool which proved to be handy for keeping our little one entertained and even a CVS in the same parking lot for buying swim diapers. The staff was quite nice and very accomodating. I would definitely stay here again. It's not the best place to stay if you're hoping for a fun night on the town in Boston, in that it's a fair hike out of the city, but as a temporary stopping over point with a toddler, it worked quite nicely.

the hotel
we did the tourist thing. what was missing was the knowledge about boston and the surrounding area by the staff. had to use the internet to find the information that i needed. they also didn't know much about using the trains. compared to other trips average.

I was in Boston for my sister's wedding and I purposely needed the hotel to sleep. The beds were fine and the room was clean. If you are looking for a fancy hotel with modern furnishings, this is not the one. There is a Japanese restaurant in the hotel lobby plus a restaurant where you can buy breakfast. With the price, they could have easily added continental breakfast.
