Very Comfortable Bed!
This hotel is next to a half abandoned shopping center. The hotel staff never smiles or even looks at you so don't expect them to be friendly or helpful. For one night before flying out, it's fine because they have the airport shuttle and the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.

Great Business Amenities, Friendly Staff.
The Four Points Sheraton was very comfortable, the room was nice size and adequate space for hanging clothes, The location was very good, restaurants very close, shuttle service provided where I needed to go.

The Bisuteki Japanese Steak House at Four Points Sheraton was wonderful experience with great service and excellent food at good price.

very clean convenient and frindly
We were very pleased with our stay at the Four Points by Sheraton - we were surprised our room was available before 3:00 which was very convenient for us since we were going to Fenway for a game. It was also great that we didnt have to drive at all - we were shuttled by the hotels friendly driver to wonderland which we took the T to and back from the game and also got a couple races in at the dog track. We will be deffinatley be staying there again in the future

Very Staff Friendly
I rented this room for the night before a wedding. The staff was very accomodating and let us use a private room for pictures. The room and bathroom were great size for having 4 women getting ready at once. The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.

There is a Pizzeria Uno right next door and a shopping mall a very short walk away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Convenient for Logan
I was overnighting before an early flight the next day and found the hotel very convenient for that purpose. Room was very nice and clean.

A beautiful hotel
While we spent only a few hours at the Four Points Sheraton we were well pleased. The room was comfortable and clean and there were a number of moderately priced restaurants close by. Our only complaint was that we weren't given very good directions on how to get back to Logan Airport and the rental car place.

There was a Cicago Uno's next door that offered good resonably priced meals. It was great for a quick meal.

A great place to stay while in Boston!!!
The staff was awesome!!!! I highly recommend staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Logan International Airport. I arrived very early on the day of my check-in and the staff was very accommodating. They allowed me to check-in at 8 AM which was a great convenience. I was also able to extend my check-out time which allowed me to relax before I had to go to the airport. Everyone was extremely helpful and very friendly. Also the courtesy shuttle to and from the airport/public transportation was awesome! I really enjoyed my stay and had a great time in Boston!!!! Next time I visit I will be sure to stay at this hotel!!!!

The cape of Good Hope
Unbeatable location for the price
Every thing was great, except phone service in the rooms it took me time to be able to speak to the front desk or "the receptionist". For some reason I had to use my cell phone to speak to the receptionist.

Excellent Service and Friendly people.
I liked that they had free shuttle service from the Airport and the T. Staff was always helpful when yo had a question about where to go on the T. I would stay at the Four Points Sheraton again.
