Great Service
I had hurt my knee getting off the plane, so when I got to the hotel, they put me in a room close to an elevator and brought me an icepack for my knee. Everyone who came to my room was wonderful - the best service I ever had.

Great value
Everything was great about the hotel. We went out for the Colts/pats game from Indy and had a great experience. Staff treated us well and everything was clean. Price was by far the best for the quality of hotel. Local bar called 338 within walking distance was excellent. Pizza and patrons were excellent. Only thing to note is it may be one of the farthest "airport hotels" from the airport. GPS said 6 miles but takes about 15 min.

Wonderful Week
OUr room was clean and beautiful. It had just been refurbished. We appreciated the van that connected us to the T so we could get around town. I was disappointed that there was no continental breakfast available.

There was a Japanese restaurant in the hotel that had rave reviews by everyone we asked, so we tried it and it was delicious and fun because the food was cooked right at our table.

We were visiting Boston for a couple of days and we needed a comfortable room at a fair price. I think for the most part the hotel hit the pricing mark if you consider $140.00 reasonable. The room was in a bit of disrepair. Molding was loose and hanging. The light over the sink was not operational.Worst of all, one of the two beds looked like it had been slept in previously and the sheets had not been replaced. We found a note to that point and it had to be addressed. When we checked out, I had no incidental charges, though I was told that they could not offer me a receipt stating I had no incidental charges because I had made my reservations through [...]. Couldn't figure this one out. I had better not see a charge on my credit card. When I posed my issues with the desk, only after being asked about my stay, the response was kind of like "Oh Well?"We would not be likely to return or recommend this hotel.

room was great for the price. We paid less then $100 per night and expected a run down hotel, we were pleasently suprised to find out we were wrong. The staff was very helpfull and nice. We used their shuttle service each day, they dropped us off at the t and picked us up at night when we called. We never had to wait longer then 15 minutes for them to pick us up. The room was a little small but the bathroom was good size. The pool is tiny but our kids were so tired after walking around Boston they only used it once anyway. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Boston Bruin Get-a-way
Location of hotel was okay. The shuttle service provided by the hotel was great, and necessary. Boston is a great town. Lots of various tours to help you understand the history.

excellent Boston alternative stay
Came to Boston to celebrate our anniversary and to see a Celtics game. The Hotel was located not too far from the airport but far enough away not to be under it's flight path. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. Our room was next to the cafe so it was a little loud from time to time from the kitchen since the walls were a bit thin. Not terrible though. The shuttle was perfect! The drivers were friendly and informative. They dropped us off at the subway stops and picked us up with a minimal wait. We used the subway to get around Boston and to get to and from the game. Staff was extremely friendly. Very comparable and for the price it was not that far of a train trip into the city.

Parking is atrocious in the city (not to mention EXPENSIVE!) we rented a car to travel to Salem and then drove it into the city. We should have just parked at the hotel and taken the subway.
