The room was clean, the shuttle service was outstanding, room quiet and roomy. Breakfast was excellent. Good value.

not so great
Not sure what I was expecting but thought the hotel would be more updated than it was. Although the room was clean, it was very old looking (and not in a retro way). Bathroom was extremely small and hard to even turn around in. Definitely needs to be updated if they're going to continue to charge what they charged.

Very dated hotel
Had ants in the bathroom on the 5th floor? Hotel is very old and not sure how it got rated 3 stars should be listed as 2 or 2.5. The 24 hour shuttle service was the only thing that worked out great with this stay. I would not stay here again ever.

Bed Bug Attack?
The room smelled funny, like an oily substance was spread inside. And given the outbreak of what we think was bed bugs all over my husband, we're concerned it was this room that was infested. There was also dried blood stain on the duvet cover and the air was very close and oppressive. This hotel needs some cleanliness and attention!

Meh
The staff was great, especially the shuttle drivers. The rooms left a lot to be desired - no remote for the TV, tiny bathroom, some of the lamps did not work, toilet did not flush properly.

whale watching
Unbeatable price if going to the harbor
quiet and great looking hotel with good food. was in town to do a whale watch and the boston harbor is just 15 mintues from the hotel and at a good price compared to other hotels closer to the harbor. would stay there again!!

Pre Night before the Honeymoon!
We loved that there was a resturant in the hotel as well as some within walking distance also that there was a bar in the hotel! Most of all super comfy hotel!!

Walk out the entrance door and turn left..you have Uno's or across the street a sports like bar!!

I would not stay here ever again!
The transportation is horrible. The hotel shuttle left us stranded for an hour and took us to the wrong terminal.. The beds are uncomfortable and the water pressure was really low. I will never stay here again.
