Just what we needed!

it was perfect for a place to stay.. beautiful view.. beaches.. pool.. bar.. walking to main street free breakfast.. we were just looking for a place to sleep while we visited the town. so the room being beautiful wasn't a top priority. It was a decent room, balcony, fridge.. but nothing luxurious.. a little old.. worth the money for the average price down there would recommend it

Unexpected Delight!

Provincetown has become so expensive in recent years that is has become prohibitive to staying. Not so, when we unexpectedly found this most affordable room for a few days...the room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and the ocean view very nice. The complimentary breakfast was good and was an added value to the package. The staff was very kind and helpful. We would do this agin...

Eat breakfast at the hotel, lunch at one of the relatively less expensive pizza/sandwich shops and save your money for the more fine dining at night...

Perfect Beach Trip

The hotel is old, but it is very clean and the staff is friendly. The location is great for the beach, but kind of a hike to get downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

primo location

Its on the end of commercial street with ocean on three sides. Its close enough to walk to town during the day, a little bit of a long walk though at night, if you pick up what im putting down. Staff was welcoming and informative, and decor and aesthetic was just so cool. Energy saving technology in every room and retro style bathroom. Three nights well spent and my girlfriend liked it a lot. Go there!

There's enough shelving in the shower to hold your beer while you're shampooing. Definitely took advantage of that, and you should too.

Great family getaway!

Loved the location, a short walk to the getty, the beach or in to town for some shopping. Would surely go there again. The food in the dinning room was great as was the continental breakfast. Plenty to eat.

Fabulous Getaway

The lady at the front desk was very sweet and helpful. After 2 nights, when I told her that I was going to check out but might be back if the buses weren't running (due to the blizzard), she went to great lengths to help me figure out whether the buses were running or not.

Farland has gluten free bread to make sandwiches with (as an option when ordering a sandwich) and they have great gluten free baked goods. The Squealing Pig has amazing food too, and has gluten free options that are great. Their original balsamic vinegar dressing is so good.

Its a great location, but the room quality varies widely ..all clean but some more lovingly aged than others..pick breakwall over cape tip, and inn rooms over all. Fantastic staff and good breakfast..request ahead for gluten free...

Definately not what you want if you are looking for a 5 Star experience

Rooms are okay, but way overpriced if you plan on vacationing anytime other than the off season. Some rooms are falling apart and smell of old hotel. Building is in the process of being remodeled, but in a hack job manor.

Great value. Good breakfast. Beautiful setting.

While the decor and appearance may be very "Motel", simple and bare bones, everything was clean and well maintained. It is one of the few places to stay that has a major size pool and beachfront location. It may be a long walk to the center of town, but it is next door to one of the best restaurants in PTown (The Red Inn). What you save on room rates allows you to stay twice as long in PTown and afffort the great restaurants.
