Day Trip with my Daughter
Great location and everything that we needed. We had a great trip and, of course, didn't spend much time in the room. The bed was ultra comfortable. We were warned in advance that there might be a little noise from the club on the first floor but we didn't go back to our room until the clubs closed so this was no problem. We will definately stay here again.

My review of Pilgrim House
The Pilgrim House is a great place to stay as it is in the center of P-town. Once we parked the car, we never needed to use it again until leaving. Walking everywhere was a real plus. The room was very clean and adequate - a good value as well. Staying on the 3rd floor was a good idea as there is a night club at ground level - wasn't a problem. Definitely recommend this to others.

Better than expected
Having stayed at B & B's in Provincetown before, especially over the July 4th long weekend, I knew to keep my expectation of quality accomodation low, even while paying a hefty price. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Check in was easy and friendly, we were booked into a large remodelled room (307) - had newer furniture, a fridge/miicrowave and even a (small) HDTV. Air conditioning worked fine, and bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and no issues with hot water (as someone else commented) at all. Staff were very friendly, including helping us find an iron, even though the one iron they had was not available at the time. The location of this hotel is perfect - right in the center of town, close to all of the action (which is what we were looking for!!). Despite that, room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the bar below. Overall, a very pleasant stay over a busy time of year with no annoying 7-day minimum stay requirement. A good value for money.

Cheap, close to town, friendly staff!
This hotel has a lot of character. The bottom floor a bar and always has something going on. The staff is all very interesting and friendly. It is right on strip in downtown Ptown, so very easy to hit up town. Can drink in bars at night and just walk back to hotel. The price is very good for its location.

Nightlife tip:
Short walk from hotel
The hotel is slightly in back of commerical street. So when looking for parking, take a right on the road after Pilgrim House and take gravel road up behind hotel.

Great Location, very friendly staff
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved the location. Microfrig was nice/convenient. Was a little concerned after making the reservation about a nightclub on the first level but NEVER heard a beat or patron(s) traffic. Will definitely stay there again!

Location ... Location ... Location
Smack dab in the heart of P-Town! Friendly staff and clean rooms. Check in/out was a bit confusing as there is no real front desk or main entry. Air conditioning was basically non-existent with a barely functioning old wall unit. Good value overall for Provincetown.

Family friendly
After reading previous reviews, I assumed the room would be quiet, even though it was over a bar, but I was wrong. We could hear the boom of the music vibrating through the floor and walls till the bar closed. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The difficulty with parking was mentioned but not made abunduntantly clear. Next time, I would chose another location.

Great location... but...
Pros: This hotel is conveniently located new the ferry to Boston and Commercial Street. I was able to check in early since a room was available. The room was clean and sufficient. Cons: You could access my hotel floor from the nightclub downstairs. In fact, I had to walk into the bar to ask how to get into the hotel. There was no clear signage on the street. There was no alarm clock in the room which seemed odd. I had to ask for one and seem to be the first person to do so. I was told they were removed to save money but there was a phone and full cable TV. You can hear the noise from the nightclub until is closes at 1am. It is not overwhelming but there. Summary: This was my first time in Provincetown so the location was ideal. The next time I visit, I will stay in a nicer place for just a few more $$.

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
There is a bike rental place across the street that has fair rates, maps, and good bikes.
