Horrible Time!
Never stay here! Room was very small and not very clean. No parking available! Had to pay $20 to park in public lot! Very noisy! Couldn't get to sleep until after 1:00 am when loud music from bar downstairs stopped blasting! Horrible experience all around!

Not worth the money
The hotel entrance is not marked at all and at the end of an alley with a number of businesses in the same building. It was very difficult to find, noisy, no parking spaces, and the rooms are very small. The schedule of events left in my room expired the previous month, with no current information available.

Day Trip with my Daughter
Great location and everything that we needed. We had a great trip and, of course, didn't spend much time in the room. The bed was ultra comfortable. We were warned in advance that there might be a little noise from the club on the first floor but we didn't go back to our room until the clubs closed so this was no problem. We will definately stay here again.

Great dining and unique shops just outside your door. Beautiful areas to just walk around and take in the sights. Great shows within steps of the room.

continental breakfast was only a myth
Despite "continental breakfast" being listed in Orbitz description, it was no-where to be found. Even a coffee pot in lobby would have been nice. hotel is in a great spot, but they have some issues to be worked out for those rates. manager cheerful. Be sure to work out parking & checkin ahead of time.

Better than expected
Having stayed at B & B's in Provincetown before, especially over the July 4th long weekend, I knew to keep my expectation of quality accomodation low, even while paying a hefty price. That being said, I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Check in was easy and friendly, we were booked into a large remodelled room (307) - had newer furniture, a fridge/miicrowave and even a (small) HDTV. Air conditioning worked fine, and bathroom was clean with good water pressure, and no issues with hot water (as someone else commented) at all. Staff were very friendly, including helping us find an iron, even though the one iron they had was not available at the time. The location of this hotel is perfect - right in the center of town, close to all of the action (which is what we were looking for!!). Despite that, room was quiet and we didn't hear any noise from the bar below. Overall, a very pleasant stay over a busy time of year with no annoying 7-day minimum stay requirement. A good value for money.

Noisy, Smoke saturated room.
This Hotel, was like Motel Hell. It was noisy, smoke filled, a whole bottle of febreze couldn't cut the smell of smoke. I mentioned it to the housekeeper, and she showed me that she had purchased and sprayed Ozone air freshener as well. It was just awful.

Family friendly
After reading previous reviews, I assumed the room would be quiet, even though it was over a bar, but I was wrong. We could hear the boom of the music vibrating through the floor and walls till the bar closed. The room was clean and staff very friendly. The difficulty with parking was mentioned but not made abunduntantly clear. Next time, I would chose another location.

Great Location, very friendly staff
Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Loved the location. Microfrig was nice/convenient. Was a little concerned after making the reservation about a nightclub on the first level but NEVER heard a beat or patron(s) traffic. Will definitely stay there again!
