great time

Nice location, with great staff, and very nice continental breakfast. Really have to drive to the beach, but the walk to the city was a very pleasant stroll, about 10 minutes. Not the best location, but quiet and simple.

Lovely stay

Chateau Provincetown is away from P-town's center yet it is still within reach. It's a great location for outdoor recreation and beaches. The rooms were non-smoking and very well kept. We enjoyed our stay and will likely return!

Still an amazing place to stay!!

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was wonderful the beds were really comfortable. The rooms were very clean and neat. Check in was effortless and the front desk workers were very informative and made you feel welcome and at home. Introduction of the keurig coffee machine in the lobby was excellent and in a week or two, keurig coffee machines will be installed in every room. The grounds were exceptional. Very well kept and maintained. Landscaped to the T. Excellent. The only downside is that i have noticed a sharp increase in price for this time of year. This year the price has just about doubled per night. Very steep for this hotel. Alot more money for the same experience so i think the value has gone down. other than that very good.

Beautiful location-great time

The Chateau Provincetown was better than I expected. Wanted to stay ocean front but this was the next best thing. Close to great beaches and walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Would recommend and would go back and stay again.

Great location, nice staff

The Chateau Provincetown was conveniently located equidistant from downtown Provincetown and the beautiful Herring Cove Beach/bike trails. The property was well-kept with a nice outdoor pool area and flowers everywhere. The rooms themselves were plain, but adequate and clean. The staff was very nice and they had two beautiful and friendly golden retrievers! The room rate was expensive, but one of the better values in Provincetown.

Very Friendly and Convenient

Although the hotel in general is along the lines of a 50's style motel, it is very clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool area are beautiful and well manicured. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. In a town that is known to be very expensive, and parking to be very tight, this hotel provides ample parking and even let me keep my car on-site until my weekly rental was available!

nice and clean room, good neighborhood

We went there for our first visit to Provincetown and it served us well. The room was clean and nice and it was facing the pool. It is a 15 min walk to downtown and 5 min walk to a place where you can rent very nice bikes. The rooms do not have the view of the ocean but the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Friendly staff. No continental breakfast just coffee/tea and sweets.

Quit friendly enviroment

This hotel is in a great location. It's just a short walk to the main strip (Commercial Street) and beaches. The rooms and pool area are immaculate. Staff is very friendly. After spending all day and night at the beaches and bars, just a short walk back to quiet comfortable haven.
