Scenic Provincetown hotel on 10 lush seaside acres

The Chateau Provincetown, formally known as the Best Western Chateau in Massachusetts, sits on 10 lush acres in the West End of Provincetown, a peaceful setting with stunning ocean views, just outside the lively activities of historic Provincetown. Guests can walk down Commercial Street and visit the shops, restaurants, galleries and boutiques of P-Town or they can explore the outdoors by biking or walking the miles of beaches and sand dunes. The hotel offers spacious rooms with classic Cape Cod decor and scenic views of the beach or gardens.

Great for last minute booking

I thought this was a great place the grounds are impeccable and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. I booked late for my trip and had to pay very high rates, that was my only issue. But that is more my fault.

HiBella

We had an amazing time in P-town. The hotel is well located. The staff members are very accommodating and friendly. The space of the room was great. Cleanliness was excellent. The tv needs to be upgraded to a flat screen. The hotel should have a gym. The hotel is satisfactory but it definitely needs to be updated. Other than that our experience was amazing

The most striking part of my stay at the Chateau was the friendliness of the staff. They were so helpful and accommodating, from letting me check in early to allowing me to leave my bags at the front desk while i went to the beach after I had checked out.

OK

Room was ok. Clean and everything you needed. The breakfast was just rolls and pastries and not much room to eat.

Clean but outdated

LIke visiting grandma's house- quite old, but clean. Got the job done, but over priced for an old room.

Very Adequate

The staff was the best part of this stay! The room was dated. The bathroom shower water pressure was very low. The sink was extremely slow to drain. If the room cost 100.00 less then what we paid for it would have been a great deal. The staff was outstanding! helpful,friendly,out-going! The breakfast was 5 steps above anything I have ever gotten at a 5 star hotel.!
