SpringHill Suites by Marriott Boston / Peabody

This was a business trip, and the location was close to where I was working. The room was nice and clean; staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. They need to upgrade their street signage - very small and you could easily drive right by it. All in all, a good experience and would recommend.

Overall I can't complain. The staff was excellent! The front desk employees always had a smile, no matter what time, day or night. They were very helpful and courteous. I did feel that the room was a bit over priced. It was pretty small, and the bed was low, with a cheap foam-like mattress. It was fine for the 2 nights we spent there. It was kind of odd that when we asked for an atm, we were told that the hotel next door had one.

The basics were covered and location was convenient. No wow factor.

considering this hotel is on a very busy high way you couldn't hear any traffic. It was very clean, huge rooms and the staff were helpful.

This is a third time I stayed at this location. The rooms are always clean, however this time I found that there was mold in the bathroom, which I found unacceptable, especially when travelling with an infant. I would hope that when housekeeping comes and cleans the bathroom they would notice the black mold on the ceiling and the wall. Upon advisting the clerk at the front desk I was told that they will look into it, and that was it. No apology was given.

Nice, large room. Good location close to highway, restaurants and shoppingmall. 15 minutes to city center if no traffic.

Friendly and helpful staff. Although there were just two of us, we could see that this would be a great place for families. There were lots of them on this holiday weekend having a great time with all the facilities. It was a pleasant place for the two of us....quiet and with all the amenities we needed.

the front desk staff, very pleasant and helpful. However the location was tricky to get to since it is on a divided highway. We found our room clean, some of the furniture could use some updating.

Hotel changed my room type downward, room was appointed with beat up furniture and dog hair on the furniture. Parking was a "you are on your own" as the hotel parking lot is apparently the happy hunting ground of car thieves. So if you are travelling with with pets, have a great car security system and don't mind having your reservation changed..well then you are in luck, this is the spot for you.

My Girlfriend and I stayed here and it was amazing. The Staff was friendly and very helpful. I had asked for the nearest train station to the city and it was 10 min away they gave me the address and it was very close. Made traveling into the city everyday economical. The breakfast is legit I ate a waffel everymorning and an english muffin but there as also eggs and sauasage not your usual continental breakfast. We used the hot tub everyday and the rooms were left clean. For the price and experience i would defenately recommend this hotel and would definately stay there on my next visit to boston.
