BEST WESTERN Dartmouth Inn

The room was quite clean and comfortable. 3 stars is a perfect score for this hotel. The walls are thin (I could hear the occupant next door snoring). The hot breakfast was ok (instant scrambled eggs but good bacon). This hotel is not a vacation destination but if you need a good place to sleep in the area, I recommend this Best Western.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff were excellent. Very helpful and friendly. A very good hotel for the price. I will definitely stay here again.

I was impressed by the ease that booking made on the trip to Dartmouth,Ma. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a spotless clean room to spend the night. The blankets were all double wrapped in clean sheets as a way to keep the risk of use problems to a minimum. We enjoyed the stay and thank -it was a perfect reservation.

We arrived late on a Friday night, good thing we had a reservation for mid August night, hotel full up! Clean room, good bed, TV older but fine. Bath dated but clean, shower inconvient to user me, tub a step up. Fine for those who use tub. Continental Breakfast simple but good Eggs & Sausage patties. No waffle.

The staff was great and extremely helpful. The hotel was good overall.

we had no water pressure in our room on the 3rd floor, when we called to complain they said someone was on the way to fix it. after 30 minutes and no one showed up we washed up as best we could since we needed to leave. at checkout the clerk stated that she logged our complaint and that maintenance would check it out the next day

Terrible experience, the hotel overbooked and never notified me. The staff was aware when I came that they overbooked and made me drive at night to another location of their sister hotels which was not close. Completely unreliable. Ruined the day.

For the amount of time we spent at the hotel, we were satisfied...until my 79 year old mother discovered silverfish in the bathroom- at 3AM the morning of our scheduled departure. She didn't want to wake everyone to complain and request a new room so she squished them and disposed of them down the commode. I also saw some on my suitcase when packing to leave later that morning. I wish I had taken a photo but it disappeared too quickly. I did comment to the desk clerk upon checking out and she made note of it and told me she didn't have the authority to make adjustments to our bill. A photograph or the squished bugs would have been helpful as proof. After several phone calls to my booking site and the hotel upon our return, the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. We have stayed in other of ths chain's hotels in the past and never encountered this problem before so perhaps it was an isolated incident. As to the employees, we were more than satisfied. They were all friendly,helpful and very professional.

overall hotel appearance and decor is very average..clean and neat, fairly new.. our room did smell alittle musty or smokey..although it is non smoking ?? there was a light bulb missing in the desk lamp and the air conditioning was not really working..blowing same barely cool temp air no matter what temp we put it to...so room was pretty stuffy. to their defense, we did not call down though because we were already in bed by the time we realized.bathroom door did not shut all the way. Shower was GREAT..Breakfast was ok.. I have to wonder though if the people before us mentioned these things to front desk??

This is an excellent hotel for the price. It's within an hour and a half of the tip of cape cod, an hour from marthas vineyard, and a half hour from providence; so you can quickly get to a lot of fun places from here. The pool is a little small, but who cares when you are close to an ocean. Breakfast could be better, but now I'm just getting picky.
