Not the best value
Overpriced, stale and seedy rooms. The rooms smelled of stale air. Their were mosquitos in the bathroom.

Terrific Vacation
My son and I spent four nights at the Nantucket Inn.The Inn was attractive, clean, plesant, and had nice ammenities, and a terrific staff. The Inn had a shuttle service to take you to town, or the beach. That was a terrific benefit, as bringing your car to the island on the ferry is very expensive, and driving and parking in town are virtually impossible. The Inn includes a complimentary breakfast buffet each morning, which was a real treat. They will even give you a cup of coffee to go when you finish breakfast! My son and I like outdoor activities, so we went to the beach, went surf-casting, and participated in two of the activities offered by the Aquarium. Nantucket is very peaceful, and beautiful setting. The downtown area offers wonderful restaurants and shopping. My only warning is that Nantucket is a very expensive place to visit!

A visit to the Aquarium, and their tour of the shoreline offers a great education regarding the ecology of the island.

Walk to airport
Great breakfast of eggs, bacon, sausage, fresh fruit, Belgian waffles, etc. in which you can eat inside or sit on a patio overlooking the airport and private jets although we never heard one plane at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free shuttle to town and one beach. Indoor pool and lounges available outside also. Only downside was the musty smell in bedroom. Also, this hotel is expensive but Nantucket isn't cheap.

Nightlife tip:
Short drive from hotel
No night life at hotel or nearby. One restaurant at airport and one within walking distance but you need to talk shuttle to town that departs every half hour from hotel for any signs of life.

Nantucket Inn
Friendly staff, great breakfast and love the shuttle bus to town. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
