Disappointed Wedding Traveler
Not very accomodating
We were attending a wedding and went to the hotel to check in prior to the wedding. We arrived one hour before the wedding and were told the rooms were not ready and would not be ready for an hour - which is when the wedding began! We had 2 rooms reserved and asked if they could at least get 1 room ready so we could change and get ready for the wedding and were told there was absolutely nothing they could do. I understand the rooms were not ready, but why couldn't they have just gotten 1 room ready so we could iron our clothes and get ready for the wedding! The attitude we were presented with was very unfriendly and very unaccomodating. We had to get ready for the wedding (with our 80 year old mother) in the break room of the hotel! I guess the hotel has never heard of customer satisfaction.

99 Horse shoe club across the street has good food, much better than the Lonestar Steak house also nearby (worst steak ever ate).

Great getaway
I booked a weekend at Homestead-Boston because of its location and because it said it had a pool. When we got there to check in they said they didnt have a pool. Right away they suggested going to their sister hotel Extended Stay Deluxe and they called eachother and transfered everything at the same low rate. They did everything they could do to make sure we had the vacation we had planned for.

Quick overnight.
I was just there for one night and didn't stay for too long. The beds were not very comfortable. I could feel the springs and the comforter was not very thick and cuddly.

9 minutes away up 495 is the Solomon Ponds Mall where there are many great places to eat (Olive Gwrden).

3.17.2010 Stay
Check-in was fine. We needed to stay close to Northboro for a training session. We rented a studio with kitchen. The kitchen had no utensils. Our wake up call for 700AM came at 800AM. The back security door would not lock at night.We won't be staying there again.

Higgins Armory Museum, 100 Barber Avenue, Worcester, MA. 4 floors of Middle Age and earlier knights armor and effects. FANTASTIC one of a kind.

bad hotel
web site said it has pool/no pool/they told me i could switch to westboro 2 miles away that had pool orbitz said i had to pay the $88.52 anyway/could not switch or cancel. You ruined my weekend as we wanted to relax by pool friday nite & sat morning. their walk in price off the street was $77.-your price $88.52/i think something is wrong with this picture.how about a refund?

Good Potential but Falls Short
The room I stayed in had a a very nice layout that would have been perfect for a couple or a business traveler as I was. It had a small kitchenette equipped with pots, dishes, stove, microwave, sink and full size refrigerator. There was a work and eating area at the end with two high chairs which was in the perfect spot to eat, answer e-mails and watch CNN. However, the hotel AC units are the loudest things I have ever heard. It sounded like a 40 year old industrial compressor was in bed with you. Even with cross country travel and all day work it was hard to get to sleep and I can usually sleep through anything. If it had been a cool night I would have turned it off but I could not. I would also set your alarm here as they failed to send the requested wake up call the first day which put me late for a meeting.

There is a small retail center with five or so resaturants to chose from that is either a pleasant evening walk or a very short drive down a small side road.

Great value for the price.
I had to work long days with little time left after hours. The room was large with everything I needed to stay put. Good internet connection, although I had to pay extra for it. Great shower. Would have been even better if it was a little cleaner.
