Exactly what we needed for one night
We needed a hotel in the Marlboro area after vacationing and visiting friends & family in VT, MA, RI and Cape Cod. This was our last evening and we were meeting friends for lunch next morning before heading to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely helpful in recommending local eateries and even printed out specific directions so we wouldn't get lost. When we checked out late morning, the coffee had already been removed but the front desk staff made sure coffee, cream & sweeteners were immediately brought out to give us the fuel for our last leg of the journey. They went out of their way to insure our needs were met leaving us with a better then average impression of this Courtyard Marriott.

Good Price--Filthy Room
I got a great price with [...]. The problem I've had with these deals, though, is that many hotels will stick you in their employees' room. It's the room where the employees crash. Well this Courtyard stuck me in their room, and the toilet was covered in feces and urine. They gave me a regular room when I complained, but I see that filth everytime I close my eyes now.

Solid choice
We stayed at this hotel while visiting our college student at Clark. It wasn't as close as some of the other budget-friendly options(e.g., in Auburn) but it was a really nice hotel, and if you dont mind a 15-min drive from Worcester, this is a good value.

Just Fair
We usually stay at a different hotel in the area but it was booked. There was nothing special about the Courtyard. The food during the breakfast buffet was cold and stale. The price was great!

"Lucky Find"
I traveled to this area for the funeral service of a family member, and what impressed me the most, was that when we returned to the hotel, after the service, my sister (teacher), needed to forward lesson plans to her substitute, for the following day, and could not access the internet. The time was late (approx. 11pm), and she called the desk to get assistance. She was asked to come to the lobby and they promptly, contacted the technical support department, who, walking me through certain troubleshooting steps, managed to get us connected. Again, Kudos to the staff of the Courtyard in Boston. I recommend this hotel and will continue to patronize, when in the area.

Very Comfortable
I really liked how clean and spotless this place is. The room was very nicely furnished, and the bed was super comfortable. There is a very spacious lobby with comfortable chairs and an almost homey atmosphere where you can watch tv and or eat a meal in the dining area.
