I was very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was awesome,very friendly and helpful. I stayed there april 19-21 2013,there was a girl named diedra working the front desk over night and she was just great. She was so friendly and made me feel comfortable. I will definetly stay at this hotel again.

unhappy dance mom
The worst night I've ever had in a hotel.
My family and I stayed the weekend for my daughters dance competition. We arrived on friday and stayed until sunday. Saturday night after spending the day at the competition and grabbing a late dinner we arrived back at the hotel to discover that the third floor had been taken over by a very rowdy bunch of young boys. After several guests complained to the front desk about the noise the boys we spoken to. The noise decreased but never stopped completely. By five o'clock sunday morning the noise became unbearable and the front desk was called again. The hotel staff was not very comforting or apologetic. Also an alarm from one of the rooms was going off until an employee came to shut it off. We never recieved an apology or any compensation from the staff or hotel. I would never stay here again!

Sisters Three
clean, quiet and comfortable
The front desk staff was professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The two things that would have made it perfect would have been an indoor pool and a 24 hour coffee station.

Nice place, but...
The rooms were nice. Mine was on the 3rd floor and was apparently next to the main electrical closet or something because there was a significant amount of A/C or other noise. Also, the floors creaked mightily. Other than that the rooms were well appointed and very clean. The only other item worth noting is that the breakfast area downstairs is NOT free. Just having a bagel cost a buck and if you wanted a waffle or something from the self service area, it was around $7-10. I had thought that would be complimentary, but as I don't travel all that often, I wouldn't know if that is no longer the norm.

Did not handle reservation well
Was dissapointed in the reception to my reservation. Said it was for a single room and would not even let us upgrade or pay a difference to get a room wtih two beds, since it was made through a third party..

WEEKEND GETAWAY
ATTENDED A COLLEGE HOCKEY GAME AND WENT OUT FOR DINNER. PAY FOR MOVIE CHANNEL EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT

Hotel locations - hard to find, it's off in the cut. Ther wasn't a microwave in the rooms, had to go to front desk, everytime. No room service, you had to order meals from a nearby restaurant. The employee's were wonderful.

Marvelous
isolated from the busy traffic, quiet. The beauty of the building unveiled the inside. The carpet, the wall, the bed, the TV, the work desk, the bathroom; everything matches in beauty and quality. Definitely, I will come back for longer or the Marriott hotel will be my preference for my trips.
