Almost a 5 star experience
We paid a little bit more than we are used to for this hotel but it seemed very well worth it. The room and bathroom was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was varied, fresh and wholesome. The staff was polite and very helpful. The night manager sought us out at breakfast the next day to see if our previous night's outing went well and to hear what our current day's plan was to see if we needed any further assistance. We were very impressed with her reaching out, cheerfulness and professionalism. Only negative: sealed room window prevented opening it to let in fresh New England Fall air.

Home away from home
Stayed 3 nights while visiting tourist sites in the Berkshire area; Used it as a home base to relax at the end of the day of traveling around. Hotel had a book of suggested restaurants and also of the local attractions and shops. Stayed in a handicapped accessible room (although didn't need the access for ourselves) which gave us great space and room, although we could have used an additional chair. Internet access was excellent!

Great location for the price
Location is great for trips to Tanglewood. The room(1 King) is large & the bed very comfortable. Impeccably clean throughout the facility. The breakfast & daily cookies are a nice touch. A great value for the price.

Nice vacation spot
Having stayed at Hampton Inn's in other cities, I was fairly certain I would get a clean and comfortable room. I was not disappointed in this respect. The staff was friendly and the bed was exceptionally comfy! The compalint I have is that the breakfast was lacking. There were not gluten free or dairy free choices for those on restricted diets (my husband was just fine with the bagels, waffels and pre-prepared cheese whiz omlettes). They did offer tea and coffee 24 hours a days which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

It doesn't get much better than this!
Our room was beautiful and spotless. You can actually believe the pictures on the web site!!The staff was beyond excellent. You couldn't pass any one of them without getting a smile and a hello. The front desk staff was amazing. All I did was ask where a certain establishment was and they printed out a whole list of like places and maps to get to them. I would stay there again and hope the opportunity presents itself again. I wouldn't need much of an excuse to go back :) Amazing.
