Picturesque Cape Cod hotel with private balconies overlooking the harbor
As its name implies, the Hyannis Harbor Hotel sits directly on Hyannis Harbor, with most rooms offering gorgeous views of the ocean. Renovated by a Cape Cod architectural firm, the hotel design incorporates a sophisticated New England nautical theme. Nautical wood flooring, wall-mounted brass weather dials, exposed teak ceilings and Cape Cod artwork are some of the special characteristics of the Hyannis Harbor Hotel.

Great family getaway
Very Nice! Had queen beds, Kids were happy. Very clean, housekeeping cleaned every day. In the middle of everything. We did not have to go very far, the hotel was in walking distance to the beach, middle of town, and right next to the harbor. The staff was very friendly and was willing to give information about places to go and eat at.

Nice hotel
Overall the location of the hotel is good, right next to the harbor. Some room in the back of the hotel are have a feeling of a cheap motel with front door opening into the parking lot. We got one of those room but were able to change it the next day. Room over looking the pool have a nice view. Courtyard with a fireplace pit is nice also. Hotel staff was courteous.

Over priced for a view of a parking lot
We went over for the evening to attend a concert at the Melody Tent. It was in a convenient area and walk-able to the boat and Melody Tent. The room is small with a WC ( toilet shower closet) which is very tight and very dated (1970s) Our view was of a very large parking lot with a very high price to park your car in over night($15 a night,it's extra for parking!)and thin walls. I felt that I had paid for a cheap room for one expensive night!

Great location to board the ferrys
Ferry to Martha's Vineyard right across the street. Friendly desk staff, good parking space. No restaurant on site, but within walking distance to BL&D places. Room OK; lighting dim in dressing area & bathroom. Can hear TV noise in adjacent room. Beds comfy & New England Coffee in rooms delicious. Would stay again.

Convenient location but noisy
The location was great! We walked to Hyannis Main St., the beach, and around the harbor. Construction on the grounds was being done when we were there so couldn't get full use of the grounds and fire pit. The outdoor pool looks like it will be very nice, but the indoor pool was cloudy, not very clean and it was very awkward having to call the front desk when you wanted to use the indoor pool and jacuzzi since it was locked all of the time. Then you had to have someone sit there and watch you the entire time you were in the area. I definitely wouldn't stay here during the summer - way too noisy! The balaconies were not private and people are constantly walking by your room even on the 2nd floor. Tiny lobby - pictures and website are pretty deceiving!
