Friendly and great location

Great location and great price-some of the hallways and decks are a little "tired" but the room itself was comfortable and clean. It was a treat to have a refrigerator and real ceramic mugs for coffee. We could have used more soap-but then again, I could have asked for it!!

Below average experience

The hotel is in desperate need of remodeling, both inside and out! The rooms were clean but mattresses and pillows, old and hard as a rock!! Not worth the price we paid per night. The staff was friendly, but I will NOT stay there in the future!

unbeatable price - great location

The hotel was very clean and quiet..I loved that it was close to the harbor, beaches, and stores. The main street was filled with all kinds of restaurants, shopping areas and entertainment.

Hyannis Stay

Pluses: The hotel is located close to the ferry landing, definitely walkable distance. This saves you on ferry parking ($15-20 dollars from what I saw). Minuses: The neighbors were quite loud and there was a power outage for about 1-2 hours in the late evening (~9pm) and the front desk could not or would not move us to another room with power. Also, the bathtub was not particularly clean and the hallways had an interesting smell...

Not Worth the Price!!

Not worth the price they charged. Hotel is not handicap friendly. You must use stairs no matter where your room is. Even to get to the elevator, we nicked named it the deathvator, you have to go down steps. The elevator was slow and shook some. Staff did not greet right away when we checked in and out. Rooms were a bit on the small side and beds were not very comfortable. It appeared that the beds were shoved into a tight space and both beds only had about a foot of space on one side. Bathroom door had to be slamed hard to get it to shut.
