Days Inn Hyannis - Cape Cod

Mom & I have been to the Days Inn in Hyannis three times, so far. Just steps from the Cape Cod Mall & Christmas Tree Shop. Across the street from I-Hop. We went without car, but I do believe there's a shuttle bus that takes one into downtown Hyannis. Even the cabbies in Hyannis are delightful! Took the Ferry to Nantucket one day. The contanantial breakfast at the hotel was great: fruit, cereal, bagels, eggs. Everyone there was very friendly.

This hotel is perfectly located. It rained our entire vacation but it was so close to the mall and movies that we were able to keep ourselves busy. The hotel also had an indoor pool that definitely helped us from jumping off the deep end!

Very nice staff. Everything was clean and fresh inside and out. Mattresses were fantastic. AC was quiet and comfortable. Location is great if you have teenagers that are always looking for something to do.

From the moment we arrived the staff was wonderful. It was all men and they were so personable. I had my 90 year old mother with me and they were concerned about her staying on the second floor with no elevator. It was no problem. The staff informed us about a restaurant that we were skeptical about but turned out to be a gem, Barbyann's. The best lobster bisque any where. The rooms were small but nicely appointed and clean. The accompanying breakfast was very adequate. If I go back to the Cape I will book with them again, no doubt about it!

The hotel is a great place to stay very clean and the staff was great. We were looking for a quite weekend and there were alot of kids they kind of took over the pool. pool should stay open later for adults only. We would stay again but we would make sure it was not a weekend full of kids. Perfect area right in the middle of everything and close to all the attractions.

Although this is not an upscale place to stay, the rooms are clean and well-kept, the staff is friendly, and often recognize you if you're a frequent visitor. The location is very close to the mall and food options. This spot offers a great on/off season price and is perfect if you don't need all the extra bells and whistles, for instance if you're mainly going to sleep there. Of note, there is a small work-out room, indoor/outdoor pool, complimentary breakfast, WI-FI, laundry service, HBO, Parking, and coffee/tee in the lobby 24/7 as well as a computer to access.

The staff behind the desk was extremely helpful with giving us directions to different places & gave us good advice on where to get great food (Barbyann's & Spanky's Clam Bar). We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel & our room was more than adequate. The pool looked nice, but we didn't take our suits.

This is the second time I have stayed here and would recommend it as a friendly, well-appointed hotel, close to the mall. and a short drive from the town centre. Breakfast is free, adequate and sets you up for the day; the bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable; both pools were in operation and well-maintained. Work was going on to improve the facilities even more with new vanity units being installed in many of the bedrooms during our stay. Excellent value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly; I got mixed informaiton regarding requesting a cott. When the cott arrived several hours later, there was a band aid stuck to the sheets. I didn't even try to call down to complain, because, I had called the previous day to let them know about the smokey smell in my room. Even though I requested a non smoking room, we were near the stairs where folks smoked right down stairs and the smoke came under the door. The breakfast was not very appetizing; we ended up eating at the IHOP across the street. The floor always felt like they were wet and left our feet black.

We got there early, really early and they were able to check us in right then. the staff was first rate, very freindly and helpfull. Location was perfect, right in the center of shopping, beaches and dining.
