LOVED IT! GREAT FOR COUPLES OR FAMILY!
Great location!! At the end of the habor over looking the boats and beautiful scenic view. Walking/biking distance from resturants (waterside too), Bar, ice cream, conv. store, ferry boat, charter boats, beach, stores, etc. It was quiet and nice at the hotel. Didn't spend a lot of time there since there wasn't much to do at the hotel but sleep. Would have loved a pool. But we did have fun fishing off the habor across the street from our room. Would definately go back with the kids!

Bad Motel
I booked this hotel because it was close to the function hall of the wedding I was going to. The rooms were disgusting. To pay $175 per night was absolutely ridiculous. There were cigarette burn marks on the bed sheets. The tub was absolutely filthy. When originally booked the website said there was a pool. This has since been filled in and it's now a tanning area. This was very misleading. Also, there was no parking in the evening at this place. The hotel manager said that I'd have to find a spot on the street. They have 60 rooms but only 57 parking spots. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Pleasantly surprised
We simply needed a place to stay overnight while attending a wedding in Falmouth. This hotel offered a perfect location at a great rate. We had been horrified by postings from other guests and worried that we had made a bad decision to stay here. However, upon inspecting our room (which had been upgraded without request) we found it to be very clean, and very recently updated. The carpet appeared brand new, as did the bathroom floor, wallpaper and draperies. We were very satisfied with our stay here. The check in procedure was fast, efficient and very informative about restaurants in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Rooms need Re-do!
The hotel was very pleasant looking from the outside, and main office (which must have been recentley remodeled), but was not so happy with the interior of our room. The room was obviously not updated since the 1980's. The mattress was very uncomfortable as the metal springs could be felt through the sheets. The room was clean (except for the shower curtain, which had mold on it), but it had a "musty" smell. The staff did allow us to check in early, but made me feel like it was a huge hassel for them. There were also discrepancies between the website and hotel regarding check out. Orbitz stated check out was at 11am, but the hotel staff told me it was 10am. Also, there was no "Do not Disturb" sign, so housekeeping knocked around 8am to check the room. Walls in the hotel are paper thin too, so you can hear everything going on!

Awesome Getaway
We were in Falmouth for a wedding. I was a bit apprehesive about this hotel because of negative comments, however the place was great. It was a bit older of a building, but was extremely clean and right across from the Marina and close to lots of shops. The room was great and the price was right, we plan to go back in the fall.

Nice place with helpful staff
A nice place to stay with a very helpful receptionist who gave us ideas on how to catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard (right across the street from the hotel) and a wonderful restaurant to dine at once we were on the Vineyard. Definately would stay again.
