Squeaky Squeak

Location Excellent. There is a little bit of everything in Falmouth. Has a small pool that is large enough to do some laps. Wish they had a hot tub. Only problem was that the walls were paper thin and the floor squeaks in not only the rooms but the hallways as well. At least you don't have to worry about anyone sneaking up on you. Beds were excellent. 37"TV, wish they had HBO, but for the money, it was a good value. On a scale from 1-10. I give it a 8

My experience has never been bad with Inn on the Square. My room was great, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! I've stayed there now twice, and plan on doing so many more times!

Great location

The hotel, although a little pricey, is very nice and in a great location. My only complaints are with the bathroom fan and the room air conditioner. Both are very LOUD! Otherwise the room, though small, was very comfortable.

Sightseeing tip: Not Applicable

You have to use a shuttle to Woods Hole from Falmouth in order to catch a ferry to Martha's Vinyard, etc. The shuttle stop is right near the hotel. You can walk to the stop from the hotel. We didn't know that and drove to Woods Hole only to be told we had to catch the shuttle in Falmouth.

Very Welcoming

Hotel manager and staff very friendly. Manager gave the best recommendations for dining and information on getting to Martha's Vineyard. Not on the beach, but location is very convenient to center of Falmouth which is a fun place to shop. Hotel appearance both inside and outside is up to date and clean, clean, clean. Room good-sized. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

When there, be sure to eat at least breakfast at attached restaurant. Breakfast on the patio was super good.

Nice location

The hotel was nice, the staff friendly. On the down side breakfast is not included, there is no elevator and the rooms were somewhat noisy. Location was great with a nice coffee shop across the street and an easy walk to the main drag of Falmouth.

good location, poor staff

hotel description stated it had a free continental breakfast, but the hotel said they canceled that feature in Jan. That was one reason we booked this hotel. Good location close to the shuttle to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. the second night of our stay a large wedding party was checking in at 11pm and they were making enough noise that woke up my wife and i. when we complained to the front desk about the noise the front desk did nothing and said it would quiet down in an hour. when we checked out the next morning, the day clerk said they heard there were complaints, but did nothing about it either.
