We only used the hotel for sleeping purposes and for that it was quite adequate. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Great anniversary getaway

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for an overnight anniversary getaway. We stayed in the King room w/jacuzzi, which we got at a very good rate due to it being off-season. The room was perfect! It was very clean, comfortable, and looked exactly as pictured on the website. There were extra towels, pillows and coffee, something we usually have to ask/beg and wait for at other hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not have an opportunity to eat in the restaurant because we were only there for one night and already had plans to eat elsewhere, but it looked very clean and inviting. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Close to several good restaurants. We dined at the Nobska Grill, which is right around the corner. The food was good and plentiful, although a little on the pricey side. The Coonamesett Inn and several other restaurants are also nearby.

Wonderful staff!

This was the first time I had stayed in the hotel though I have visited Falmouth many times before. We checked in after midnight after a very long car trip and the man who checked us in couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful. All the front desk staff were great. The room was pretty clean and comfortable, but a bit musty smelling. I was surprised there was no fan in the bathroom. Room service was fast, even though the hotel was pretty busy with a wedding party staying there. The restaurant's food was average but the wait staff and bartenders were all great fun.

Dining tip: In Hotel

The restaurant bills itself as a steak house, but there weren't that many beef/meat choices which was too bad. I love the many seafood restaurants in town but sometimes you want a great steak and it was only average.

Not the best

Room was fine, but we were at the end of a hallway, near another hallway and the door to that hall banged whenever someone came in or out. Heater was noisy too.

Not a nice holiday inn

The bathroom had a strong smell of urine, even though we asked for it to be clean again it still stunk. Why why why! Both rooms we tried smelt of pee- it was the fault of the hotel, something kept oozing up. Bathroom was also very small. The room was very overpriced! Would not go back.

Great Business Stay

I enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Cape Cod - Falmouth, MA. The hotel was clean and quiet. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Attached restaurant was excellent steakhouse! Location was perfect, not to close but not to far from all the sights and sounds of Cape Cod and Woods Hole.
