Fantastic stay for the price
So pleased to have found this lovely spot in Falmouth. The room was spotless and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here whenever we are in Falmouth and will also recommend to friends and family.

Falmouth on Cape Cod is a lovely location for beaching, biking, shopping or dining.

Great waterfront location
Stayed one night and this place was a great find. Staff and owner were super friendly and very helpful including giving us 2 free wi-fi cards. They upgraded our room to a beach front place and there was patio furniture and a dock to enjoy the lake. We didn't have time to try them, but they had free paddle boats and lifejackets and a pool. Only downside was you could hear noise from the room next door. Good location - short drive to Falmouth, but nice and quiet location off the main road.

Great to have outdoor seating, pool and paddle boats right at the locations for free use.

Great Place
Staff was most hospitable, even offering another room at same price to make up for error in booking.Was a short, out of season stay for RnR and these needs were met. Staff gave clear directions (map provided and marked)with points of interest and restaurants. Would definetly visit again

excellent host at counter clean room with wonderful ameneties! Great view of waterfront. Super parking spot! Awesome overall. It is a bit far away from the town center-but otherwise, great!

Great hotel
We had great directions to the hotel from [...], the owner, wonderful service once we got there, and a delightful stay. The room was spotless and well equipped and the beds very comfortable. I will definitely go back, off season this was a steal!

Great Spot

Comfortable but not stellar
A/C was inadequate. Needed to open sliding doors to balcony which was shared by all rooms on that floor -- this made us a bit uneasy regarding security but there were no issues. Beach area was small but adequate. Good location with easy reach to beautiful Falmouth and Woods Hole with their restaurants and points of interest. Rooms were clean and quite comfortable. All in all -- quite nice.
