no hair dryer, no iron, no hangers, no utensils, dishes, etc. in kitchen. Front door was nearly impossible to open. Windows didn't open either.

[...]should not recommend this hotel
The hotel was a nightmare. The entire place was disgusting. The carpet in the rooms were filthy, there was mold on the shower curtain, the pool was green and filled with Algea. In one room, we found used underwear and a have eaten Pizza in a box The entire hotel smelled like Curry. Some of the locals told me the hotel is known for druggies. I would like to understand how [...]certifies hotels that have on their site. I would strongly recommend removing this from their site.

You'll like this place if ... -You don't like to waste time with pesky room locks. -You like the idea of getting fresh air through cracks in and under your room door to the outside. -You don't like the noise of alarm clocks, but love to be woken up by sunlight in your eyes at dawn. -You always wanted to see what a TV on top of a Dresser inside a closet would look like. -You don't need a place to sit, or put luggage. -You like that quaint 1950's decorating style. -You don't mind hearing EVERYTHING from the room next door. -You don't like the hazzard of having electrical outlets in your bathroom. Seriously, the room was $129. which is kind of cheap for the Cape in late Aug., and the room was relatively clean, but otherwise the accommodations reminded us of something migrant workers would live in. It was only one night, so we just laughed it off and didn't complain. We were able to fill our cooler with ice the next morning, and have a great time at the beach the next day.

The room smells full of curry! The doulbe beds look like twin beds, and there are some yellow stain in the white bed sheet...worst hotel ever lived. And they charge 100$ per night...Although the staffs are kinda friendly, I wouldn't stay in this motel, ever.

Satisfactory for the price
The room was clean and spacious enough for the two of us, we stayed just one night and found it satisfactory though certainly not elegant in any way. The desk clerk was very friendly and provided us with a map and restaurant recommendations. Considering the price, for an overnight stay, we had no complaints.

Overall alright motel
We came to this motel for a wedding close by. We stayed two nights which was fine. I would not recommend to stay for more than a couple days. The location was great, we were really close to Mashpee which had shops and restaurants. Overall okay place but not the cleanest or most spacious. I would recommend this motel to anyone who is looking for a cheap getaway and not planning on staying in the room too much.

Just right - clean & comfortable
There were 4 of us and we stayed at the Carleton Circle Motel Falmouth for one night before taking the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Although the room was small, there was a small common room or sitting room right outside - which my mother enjoyed because she had a place to go while the children slept. Everything was clean. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It was well-worth the money as it was a third of the price of our accommodation on Martha's Vineyard and no better or worse. The staff were super friendly. They offered a light continental breakfast of coffee and donuts/breads - which they put out too late, but it was a nice gesture. This was a horrible spring/summer for New England; it had rained about 18 of the last 21 days before our arrival - so they were not ready at all for summer, which didn't bother us since we weren't staying. But they did have a pool and playset/play area for the children.

We went to a delicious Portugese diner for breakfast (which was right of the main drive into downtown Falmouth) - service was great!

Best Value
I needed a quiet place to write for a couple of weeks before my daughter's wedding in Cambridge... nothing fancy. The Carleton Circle was quiet, clean and in a beautiful setting. Some of the amenities, e.g., the pool, were not in operation, and the nearest restaurant is a couple of miles away, but the family owners were most cooperative in meeting all of my needs. A best value overall.
