Centrally located for Falmouth visitors.

1. Good continental breakfast. 2. Large guest room with mini refrigerator and king-size bed. 3. Close to Falmouth beaches. 4. Close to Falmouth center and restaurants. a. McMenemys seafood and Liam Maguire's pub and steakhouse are very good deals.

It will do

Our stay started out with checking in they had our reservation but still needed a credit card for incidentals. When we got to our room it appeared that it had been unoccupied for a while, kind of stuffy and cobwebs on the hallway wall lights. the coffee PAC was open and there was no remote for the TV. both items were rectified. But I had hoped the room was checked the day we would arrive. Also the WIFI didn't reach the back side of the hotel.

Only pet-friendly in Falmouth

Room was large and had micro, refrigerator and counter with sink. In some disrepair - loose outlets, outdated cabinetry. Appeared the room and building was under a rehab. Bring your own shampoo. We traveled with our dog, and the room was conducive for getting her out and the property had plenty of walking areas. We were there visiting family, so just used the room to sleep and shower. They did have a simple free breakfast available and the indoor pool looked ok. Very close to shops and places to grab snacks, etc.

It rained a lot so we spent a lot of time in the Hotel. It was very clean, great indoor pool and jacuzzi! continental breakfast had a lot of variety. Loved it all around.

Time-saving tip: Short drive from hotel

If you're planning to go to Martha's Vineyard, know that you can't just show up at the ferry dock. You'll need to park in one several off-site parking lots and take a shuttle bus to the ferry. Check the Steamship Authority website or call to find out which lot. Only the Palmer Ave. lot allows parking for those brining bikes onto the ferry.

Dirty, weak, outdated

Wireless internet did not reach rooms, and was down in the lobby. No tub, only shower. Dirty, grimy rooms, and the lobby bathroom smelled horrendous.

good price for location

We stayed 2 nights....only to sleep. Didn't use other facilities. Breakfast was average. The room was quiet but placed needs renovations....old and tired.

Nothing ship-shape about the Admiralty

Here's the deal: the hotel was awful. While the staff were quite nice, the room was completely unacceptable. It was: dirty (cobwebs in the corners, stained carpet and furniture that was far beyond the normal wear and tear, sheets that looked dubious); moldy; and in disrepair (sections of tile missing from the bathroom and a toilet that didn't quite flush). In addition, our "non-smoking" room smelled smokey enough to make me wonder if they put up the non-smoking signs just before we arrived.

Great location

Great location, helpful staff. Changed to a different room from the one we initially got since it smelled musty/damp. The one we stayed in had some stained chairs/comforter but was ok otherwise.
