Awesome art - everything else is fine
This place does have great art, definitely living up to their claims. Other than that, it was comfortable and clean, but average. It's not super convenient to public transit so you definitely need to spring for a taxi to stay here. On the plus side, it's right across the street from a mall so there are good dining opportunities and shopping if you are into that.

Makes you feel like your the only guests
The hotel was well worth the money. The Concierge was very accommodating. We only had 3 days in which to see as much as possible. We had a list of things we would like to see and they helped us arrange tours, reservations, tickets, etc so as to get the "biggest bang for our buck". The hotel is located across the street from a Galleria (with a Cheesecake Factory) and a Super Tours pickup is right across the street. We loved that they always had a minimum of 3 taxi's waiting for guests. Good beds and great pillows. Very clean.

A newfound home in Boston
From the moment we checked in with Brian- we were treated with great care and concern. We had flown in from Green Bay to help our son move - it had been a long day. Brian extended an upgrade to a beautiful riverfront view room - so relaxing and calming. Great location -parking is pricey at hotel If you need public transportation the city bus stops at the nearby mall and runs along various T routes every 30 minutes.. This hotel isnow our new Boston home away from home.

Food was great, but very pricey. Recommend going across the street to Cambridgeside Galleria which has a cali pizza kitchen and cheesecake fact plus other options or check out some of the local eateries, Mr. Bartley's is amazing! Otherwise great, staff was welcoming, room was clean and very comfortable, view was awesome!

Great business hotel
We were very impressed by the hotel's location, the lovely well-thought out rooms and great amenities. The hotel is located on the Charles River in Cambridge opposite a busy mall. It is in walking distance of public transit. The rooms are very comfortable and ideal for the business traveler. Beds are very comfortable. The amenities include a small health club, a lovely large pool with lap swim lanes and hot tub and two restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to a business or vacation traveler.

Good Location, Small Room
The strongest point is location: near a metro station and chain restaurants, in front of a mall, behind the Aquarium, etc. The weakest point is that the room was too small.

Attractive, clean hotel. Very
Attractive, clean hotel. Very good service by nice people. Only negative is the menu in both restaurants. Good breakfast for room service but went out for all other meals. Beautiful art throughout the lobby. Rho from Scottsdale
