          Cambridge trip Christmas 2009

Very lovely hotel. Excellant staff. They really do cater to pets. Super clean, truly non smoking rooms. Well appointed. Would have liked to be able to close drapes over window. To many street lights left room like inside Fenway Park. Luckily I had safety pins to close drapes. Go figure

          Boston Marathon HQ

Staff was terrific. Nice touch to serve wine from 5-6 daily and coffee in the a.m., although muffins and juice would have been nice--other hotels do this. Very nice to have juice, bananas and apples the morning of the marathon. Other hotels in other cities run a shuttle to the bus pick-up area which would have been a nice added touch. All in all, though, it was good to stay away from the buzz but still have easy access to the important locations when needed. I like the Kimpton group - have stayed at ones in Portland (OR) and San Fran.

          Excellent Hotel Experience

We were staying in Boston overnight just to get away and enjoy each others company. We chose Marlowe Hotel because of the decor, it really caught my eye. It wasn't the traditional hotel decor, boring. From the time we pulled up to the secluded circle driveway we were greeted with a smile and the desire to help us. [...] at the front desk had to be the nicest concierge I'd ever met, very very friendly and helpful. Great attitude. The room was amazing and quiet! Great view of the canal from our window. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel restaurant Bambara was really good. I would recommend eating there especially if you don't want to spend hours looking for a place in Boston with a good rapport.

          Amazing Hotel

The hotel was located just outside of Boston but in the more relaxed area of Cambridge. A great place to walk around and a very safe and pleasant area away from the city but only 2 minutes away across the bridge. A truly amazing room with one of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. Great staff that were truly accommodating!!!

          Like Staying with Friends.

Our stay at the Hotel Marlow is most always consistently pleasurable. From the moment we arrive(a unique enclosed courtyard)the staff is genuinely welcoming at every level of contact. Rooms are very clean and decorated a cut above the ordinary. Our king size bed was truly comfortable and provided us with a good nights sleep. The bathroom also well appointed and provided great water pressure for morning showers. Food in the restaurant is surprisingly good. We look forward to another future stay at the Hotel Marlow.

          Southern fried homies

Hotel Marlowe was a home away from home. We used the hotels kayaks, which were great! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. We had actually stayed at another hotel across the river for the first few nights of our vacation. Same rating and all. Marlowe blows them out of the water! We felt like we were home. The staff was great. Only downfall for our children, was no pool.

excellent hotel with good loccation and ammenities

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and the food in the resturaant was very good with good service. There was a slight miscommunication in calling for our car which required having to wait a few minutes. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience.
