Perfect location for business travel to Cambridge
The room was very comfortable and clean. Computer connections worked well, comfortable desk to work on and appropriate chair. Lighting good for document reading and study. Extended check out two hours to enable extended morning meeting with no problems or issues. Very courteous staff and very considerate. New Champions cafe is nice and service excellent.

Excellent weekend getaway
Planned a weekend getaway to accompany our Nutcracker show. Check in was slightly problematic as the included breakfast did not show up on the hotel computer. Easily fixed when I showed them the confirmation. The room had a good view, excellent set up with very efficient use of the space. Breakfast buffet was good, with made to order omelets, and pancakes or french toast from the servers.

Excellance
The Hotel was much more than I had expected - the staff was very helpful - even loaning us umbrella's during our stay - I couldn't have asked for a nicer hotel or staff. As for the beds they were so comfortable you almost didn't want to get up in the morning. Best hotel stay I've had in years

check in on time
You gotta check it on time: when you get there earlier, you'll not able to check in because rooms are not ready then.

Overall Nice Stay
The location was great. Just across the river from downtown Boston, near Harvard, and directly next to Cambridge restaurants. Public transportation (metro) is directly across the street and easy to get around. The hotel room was clean and the gym was okay. I did think the hotel is a bit overpriced, but it's a nice place to stay if you can get a good deal.
