Hotel was excellent! Only problem is no sign on highway and a little hard to find. During stay had snow storm and power outage for 4 hours. Hotel provided glow sticks and extra blankets and handeled situation very well! Over all experience was GREAT!

Great stay
Room was very nice. Only strange thing was that there was no "do not disturb" sign in the room. Very afordable and conveniently located right off the highway, down the street from malls and restaurants.

A clean and peaceful place to stay. Staff assisted me in every way that they could and even up graded my stay at no additional cost. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the Burlington area.

no hot water
We just got back from a 3 night stay at this hotel...the first night went well, but there was no hot water during any morning shower. We were told the boilers were out and that maintenance would have it fixed within the hour each morning....and when you're on vacation, waiting around for an extra hour to start your day isn't exactly what you want to do. Staff was less than helpful. If it had happened just one day, then fine. But EACH MORNING? Not acceptable.

There's a nice, large mall about half a mile from the hotel. Lots of upscale shops, and a good food court along with a Cheesecake Factory if you don't want to stray far from the hotel.

Fantastic place to stay
My wife and I loved the place. The room was beautiful with it's full Kitchen. My sons liked the pool and the basketball ring. You could easely spend a few days with all the family.

The staff at the front desk and the continental breakfast are excellent - The room is not really clean, no enough soap, shampoo, toilet papers, keep having to ask almost everyday! But the value is good!

Wont stay there again
The sheets had that not washed correctly sour smell along with the pillow cases. They need to wash more then once a week and also teach the staff not to leave them in the washer so they smell sour!!!
