Umm I paid for a KING

Well, I guess I'm spoiled, I prefer Candlewood when it comes to extended stay suites. But, this hotel was decent... 1 complaint - I paid in advance for a king suite... when I got there they had a queen suite for me. The staff said, " Ooops, we downgraded you." I said, "Fine, reimburse the extra money." They refused. I'm still fighting with them.

5 night stay

I was in Bedford MA for a week long class. The location is very convienient. Across the street from the mall and dining. Very close to the interstate. The room was clean and very quiet. They do not serve breakfast. The tv is not flat-screen. I had to pay for wireless service !!! It was only $5, but still... For the price, I got a comfortable bed and a nice, clean room.

Trully Homestead

Fair price for my stay and conveniently located approximately 15 miles from my required visit to the Boston Navy Yard. I was assigned a handicap designated room, which was nicely spaced with a huge bathroom facility (although fitted with an unfamiliar water faucet system). The roominess along with the kitchen appliances and utensils made it feel really homey with everything orderly staged and clean. The added convenience of being next to the AMC Theatres and the Burlington Mall provided a more satisfying feeling while visiting the area for the first time. The staff was very courteous and helpful with my document printing request from a computer USB portable drive (i.e., airline boarding passes and tour tickets).

Excellent Location and Affordable rates

While I was there I enjoyed the History of the Revolutionary War and also did some shopping. The hotel is in an excellent location and was very affordable. The customer service was great. I strongly recommend this hotel to all who enter this area.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

There was a mall and theater right across the way. It is also an excellent location to the Freedom Walk.

What We Expected and Clean

We needed a hotel for two nights as we planned a weekend trip to visit salem and do some fall sightseeing in and around NH's White Mountain Park area (Kancamagus road mainly). The room itself was clean and had all of the necessary Items we needed in order to cook our own breakfast and prep our lunch (we brought all of the food items beforehand, and even our own pan for eggs just in case). Service was prompt, the only negatives I might add are the below: - Second Floor smelled like my Great Grandma's apartment about 15 years ago; not the best - 5 dollar charge for wireless? no thanks. Aside from that, it was average and clean, which is what we expected and paid for.

Family Trip

We had booked a room with 2 queen size beds. When we arrived at our room it only had a king size bed. Management was very accomidating and gave us an additional room at no cost. The staff was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again.
