Very good overnight experience
Check in was prompt and Jared, the front desk service person was outstanding: friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Climate control worked very well. The only thing we wished the hotel room had was an exhaust fan to pull the heat and humidity from the bathroom after a shower. It wasn't anything annoying, but just something we would have expected.

Friendly value for money
For a two night business trip all was good - wired internet, spacious and clean room, cable TV, working kitchen with fridge. Location is walking distance from Burlington Mall, for eating, shopping or hang out get away.

latest stay 11 nights love the place
11 night stay, good value for hotel. good location for us. this would be our 3rd or 4th stay with the chain and we do recommend it. nice to have your own kitchen etc.

Border cafe bottom of hill is a good place for mexican food. Cheescake factory in the mall is also good.

good stay
I stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my husband. The location is good, there is everything around the area, easy access to Boston and vicinity, by car. The room was clean, quiet and a good service, except for the housekeeper lady who wanted to kick us out of the room 15 min before the check out time and was rude. We liked the hotel and this was our second time there.

Nice place
I liked the hotel for the most part. It was clean but not really updated. It had a kitchenette in teh room, but not enough to really use it. I know a lot of people were there for long stays, which were mostly construction worker-types, so they probably didn't do any cooking anyway. No free breakfast, which we didn't like, because we usually get free breakfast where we stay.

Wonderful time in Boston!!!!
Very happy with the hotel, fantastic price! The hotel had a "honor system" mini store. Take your item, either pay or fill out a charge slip. Lots of items to chose from. Would stay here again if the chance comes up.

Very nice room, good price, nice location, complete kitchen, but was billed as a non-smoking room but was obviously used for smoking, including ashtray in room.

Great shopping location!
The hotel was extremely clean and the room was very comfortable. The location was great, close to the mall and restaurants. The walls were definitely thin as I could hear talking from the room next door which was a little annoying. I would stay there again though for the price and cleanliness. The front desk staff were also very friendly.
