Exciting Weekend in Boston
We had to evacuate at 2am due to a fire in the hotel on Sat and then I was charged twice for room service I noticed on my credit card statement. I just saw this, so I left a message with the accounting office of the hotel, waiting to hear back how quick they credit me and also if they offer anything for the inconvience of having to evacuate and stand outside at 2am for an hour. On the upside, the hotel is nice, well maintained and has 2 good eating options onsite as well as really close to many area restaurants. Location is 30 mins from Cambridge, easy on/off the highway.

The overall experience was good except the check in. I had booked two rooms but the front desk couldn't find one reservation. After about 45 minutes they found both the reservations.

Nice
The hotel was nice. I was surprised I had to call for towels when I indicated we would be 2 adults, 2 children in the room; they only gave us 2 towels to start!

Love New England
Great experience
From check-in to check-out, the experience could not have been better. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was outstanding for breakfast. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We stayed there while visiting relatives for Thanksgiving. We will definitely be back!

House Hunting Trip
It was pretty good. Wish that internet was included in cost, it was 12.95 per day extra...talk about being nickeled and dimed...but otherwise the room was nice, clean and in a great location.

Quiet and comfortable. Beds were quite nice. Could not adjust the A/C system though. Easy check in and check out.

this is why I stay at Mariotts when I travel
Great hotel, in a great location, right off the main highway but no highway noise. two beautiful pools, great room set up for a business person, great staff, and great restaurants (although the sunday brunch buffet is a little pricey). Will stay here again.

Good but not great
The staff did their best to make thing work for us. They were swapped with to many customers and not enough space or help?
