Awesome

Good location. It is really safe and clean hotel. Staffs are really nice and helpful. It is close to chinatown and downtown. And subway station is only two blocks far. The room is clean and big. Beds are comfortable. It will be better if breakfast is free. Overall,I really suggest this hotel for you.

Business Trip

I chose to stay at Wyndham Beacon hill due to its proximity to MGH, which is literally across the street. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is generally courteous (except for the morning checkout person who appeared to be having a bad day). The rooms are spacious and clean, and was available for early check in as requested. I did not have the opportunity to try the dining options available, though I did try their breakfast and found it to be adequate, though slightly late. Overall it was a no hassle experience and I would stay again, (though mostly for the location).

Great location, nice room, poor service

The closest you are going to get to Mass General Hospital without staying in a pricey boutique hotel, decent room with slow WiFi and even slower service - no calls back, valet not present, room service didn't pickup phone etc.

Overall Good Choice

We were extremely pleased with this hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the staff was helpful and friendly, the restaurant/bar was stylish with a nice selection of food, and the location was convenient. It is a 5 minute walk to the MTA and it is 10 minutes or less to the Common, the North End, shopping district, Fanueil Hall and many historic sites.

Great location near subway and Boston Commons

This Beacon Hill hotel is in a great location: two blocks from subway stations and four blocks from Boston Commons (perfect for people-watching). Walkable to many historic sites and restaurants. Whole Foods grocery/deli next door. Room was a bit worn and amenities were fair. Wi-fi was pitiful. I think the whole hotel was sharing the same connection. Staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby was clean. We avoided driving a car in Boston altogether. There is no parking anyway. We took a subway trip to Harvard; which was inspiring and fun. Be sure to visit "Old Ironsides", it's free.

A great place to stay in Boston

Staff was very pleasant & helpful. We had a very lovely, tastefully decorated, modern room with refrigerator. Since we were staying 5 days they offered us a room on the 12th floor which overlooked the Charles River. Bar was nice and our female bartender was awesome! We most appreciated the wonderful location....so close to train stations, Public Gardens, Boston Commons, the beginning of the Freedom Trail, & Cheers.

To many dining options on Cambridge & Charles Streets....Italian, sushi, Thai food, & a quaint little tavern called the Red Hat.
