Great location great staff

Stayed one night to attend the New England Boat Show. Staff was amazing - from the staff opening doors to the check in staff. Was upgraded without charge to a larger room. Even the house keeping staff were great. As soon as I exited my room in the morning the woman cleaning the room across the hall wished me a good morning and asked me how everything was. Very professional. I also liked that after check out they offered to keep my bags while I attended the boat show. Top notch

great deal with resonable price :)

Room was fancy and comfy as the other W hotels :) It would be much better if it was including breakfasts. The location was close to Newbury Street (15mins walk) and South station(10mins walk) I think the price was resonable and service was so great ! And they have Bliss stuff that I like :)

not worth it

Don't be fooled, this hotel is not worth the price! And if you drive there add an extra $ 46 a night for parking. Room is small with no extra space. No solid wall between beds and bathroom - just a semi transparent curtain (very weird). One master light switch controls bathroom lights and lights above bed so both must be on at the same time. bad bathroom lighting and the setup makes the mirror almost useless. bad sound proofing - can hear street noise even on 15 th floor. Lounge is okay but bartenders are jerks. Only good thing: receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay - great bar!!!!!!!

The "W" is brand new to Boston. It has all the amenities one would want and its location is smack dab in the middle of the Theatre District. Although I was there in late January when it was cold; you could walk anywhere from this location.

Sightseeing tip: In Hotel

If you ever visit Boston and it is your first time, I would highly recommend you hire a driver the first day to see all the sights and get a "historical" update to bring you up to speed about this history-laden city. Ask for any concierge and tell them to get you [...]. He is a driver and a historian. He is highly recommended.
