Average Hotel

This hotel was nothing special but there was nothing to really complain about. The hotel staff was very dry and they offered no recommendations but the valets did provide great suggestions.

Great Place For Young Adults

Wonderful Service! The only negative is that they charged me twice for parking and for munchies that were not consumed. I noticed it the following day on my e-mail check-out. Called immediately and they were prompt in taking the charges off the next day. Parking was included in my package.

good hotel, but some staff members need to do their homework

The hotel is good I recommed it. There is just one bothering thing... Late at night you will be automatically asked for Id, your hotel card... even to get in your room... it is inconfortable to feel that you have to prove them that YES you are indeed a guest!!! Staff clearly lacks experience

Awesome.

I stayed one night at the W in Atlanta and I thought it was awesome. So, when I planned my trip to Boston, I felt the need to stick with what I know and stay at the W. It was excellent. They must have cleaned my room 2 or three times a day, and I thought the place was immaculate. Definitely a top shelf hotel.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

Try walking or using the subway system, it will save you money over using a taxi. Also everything is great in Boston.

The W? WOW!

My wife and I wanted a nite on the town. We're actually only an hour out of Boston. The W Hotel was a random choice, but this choice was bang on! Outstanding service, great cocktail lounge, luxurious rooms, and a perfect location. Next time I'm looking for a hotel to stay in, it will definitely be a W.

New Years in Boston

W Boston was very nice. The entire staff was very accommodating except for one of the waitresses in the lounge. We gave her the benefit of the doubt since it was New Years eve. Other than that all of our needs were met by the staff. As one would expect everything in the hotel is pricey. $12 for a Jack and Coke is a little excessive. The hotel was immaculate and the rooms were very nice.

bad stay

good location if you are going to theatre. very trendy hotel. nice staff but.....long wait line @ check in, our room keys didnt work (twice) and they double booked our room and actually let other guests into room (sketchy!) would not go back due to these hiccups and high price of hotel. try the onyx hotel if you like hip, trendy scene. for a classic stay go with the omni parker house - my favorite boston hotel.

Best Hotel I've Stayed At

I was visiting Boston for Thanksgiving. The staff at The W was magnificent. They were all very nice, polite, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. The hotel is right in the middle of the theater district, and is a short walk from subway stations, Boston Commons park, and the downtown area. You will enjoy this hotel.
