Great experience

I ordered a river view room, and its on floor 33, which comes with a great view. There isn't too much outstanding difference between other hotels other than it's location which is close to everything. But it absolutely worth it's price.

Location

Great central location. Easy walk to South End, Newbury Street, subway, and its attached to Copley Place Mall and Prudential Mall. This can prove to be nice in bad weather as you can make your way a couple of blocks without going outside. Ask for room facing water!

A haven amidst the energy of the City

Never disappoints as our "go-to" hotel in Boston. While every visit is different, The Westin makes consistent a pleasure. Easy access on valet parking, check-in team is always welcoming, rooms well-laid out, comfortable. The river views are worth the premium. - Hotel is centrally located for dining, shopping, exploring. - And this visit, an easy trip to Patriots game.

Comfy Hotel Right at Copley Square

The Copley Westin has a fantastic location just one block from the Old South Boston Church. Many beautiful churches are in the area for sightseeing. There are also tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The beds are so soft and comfortable and the staff provides excellent service.

Wonderful experience

really great overall--the beds were wonderful! The staff was super friendly; the room service was way too pricey to take seriously, but everything was so great. Perfect location! Near so much! The people at the spa were great, but I do think it was overpriced--I spa regularly, and there wasn't anything "extra" that called for the extra cost. [...], the everything man, was so kind and helpful--probably the hardest working man in the hotel business.
