The location is great~ Lots of restaurants and shopping centers. The SPA is not as good as I expected and the pool is not open. But I love this hotel as the fact that they are dog friendly!

Most Comfortable Bed

We had a fabulous time at this hotel! The staff was extremey friendly, helpful, and accomadating. The room was more than we expected - the bed was amazing! We decided it was better than our bed at home. The only complaint that I could think of was that the door to the bathroom came very close to the toliet when opening and closing and made it a little tight. The hotel location was great for everything that we wanted to do. Also, having the Enterprise desk in the lobby was extremely convienent for us. We would for sure stay at this hotel again!

Great location

The rooms are comfortable, clean, and the beds are heavenly. The advantage of this hotel is that it is connected to all the Coply shopping areas...so I didn't have to venture into the 10 degree weather to go shopping or eat dinner. Also, my favorite restaurant (Palm) is in the lobby!

Comfortable room, great view

The Westin Copley Place was a very pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable, as was the bed. The restaurant (Turner's Fishery) had excellent food and an accomplished staff. Our room-service breakfast, though expensive, was brought on time, was properly hot and more food than we could eat. The room was on the 28th floor with a great view to the east. My only objection was having to pay $40 for one night's valet parking, but our great rate took ssome of the sting out of that fee.

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

Sea-food lovers should definitely try Turner's Fishery--outstanding even in a city famous for good, fresh sea food. The hotel lounge, Bar 10, was a pleasant place to to have a relaxed drink before dinner. A short covered walk to excellent upscale shopping,

Great location

The Westin Copely Square was what you would expect from the high quality Westin chain of hotels. The room was spacious, clean, and well-laid out. The bathroom was on the small side, but we were provided with abundant toiletries and towels, and there was a sink with mirror located in the front hallway. The concierge was knowlegable, and helpful, and suggested a restaurant which we liked very much. The main appeal of this property was that is was located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants in the Back Bay area. It also had an elevated walkway directly to the Prudental Center mall. We never had to take a taxi during our stay in the Back Bay area of Boston.

Great Location

The Westin at Copley Plaza was the perfect hotel to stay at during our stay in Boston. The hotel was very clean with large, comfortable rooms. The best part of the hotel was the location. It's right next 2 subway stations and walking distance to many of Boston's main attractions. It's only a few blocks from Newbury Street, which has many shops and restaurants. We were also in walking distance of the beginning of the Freedom Trail, Quincy Market, the North End, Fenway Stadium, and much more!

Comfortable Hotel

The Westin Copley Place is a comfortable hotel. The Staff is top notch, while the food and bars are on par for a hotel in Boston. Everything was great besides the bathroom. The bathroom seemed dated and the sink had drainage issues.

Great Location - Westin Copley Place

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Centrally located. Liked that it was attached to the mall and neighboring hotels. Convenient to train station (Back Bay - 1 block away). Somewhat disappointed in dining options within hotel - only 4 star upscale restaurants, no place to get a quick beverage or snack unless you went to mall (Au Bon Pain & Food Court).

Great location for Backbay business

This was my first time at the Westin but I have previously stayed other places in Backbay. If you want to be closer to the Prudential Tower, thre are other options but this is a great location for shopping around Newbury / Boylston.
