Preferred hotel in Boston (Back Bay)
The last time I stayed here, they were renovating, so it was a little noisy at times. I think it's 2 years since & everything was beautifully done. They put me in an amazing room on the 32nd floor, corner room that had stunning views of the city. Easy access to a lot, especially with the T being across the street & being attached to the Copley Mall. Will definitely stay here again.

With the T across the Street, you have access to the whole City of Boston & with 1 switch, access to Boston Logan Airport. So easy & the price is right! vs. taking a cab!

Perfect location
I stayed here because it was a block away from the Back Bay train station. I was getting into Boston around midnight, and didn't want the hassle of trying to find my hotel late at night. It was perfect, and now I will stay here every time I go to Boston.

Wonderful experience
I booked a room for a evening event. I planned to stay after the event. It was the best room I have seen in a while. The bed was fantastic. My negative comments were that checking took longer than expected. My credit card did not run. I had to put up cash to get the room. It was a less than pleasant experience. Quick note: Do not eat any of the food or use the drinks. The Prices are sky high. Save your money and go to the Shaws on the Corner.

Great place to stay!
This hotel is very close to a trolley stop which was quite convenient. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the bathroom plenty big and very clean. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends or anyone who would ask where to stay in Boston.

Very Centric Location
Very nice hotel in a perfect location. Very nice lobby. Everything was fine except its a big hotel, and the elevators stopped on many floors on the way down.

Great weekend trip
The hotel is in a great location - steps away from great shopping and dining on Newbury Street and a couple of blocks from the Boston Commons and Beacon Hill. I was worried about booking my room on Orbitz because I couldn't book a bed type, but I decided to give it a chance. I simply called the hotel a few hours after I booked and requested a king bed. I got a great corner room with huge windows and a nice big king bed. Better than I could have asked for! The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful and the Bartender was great.
